From the trophy list we know there are 8 Chapters. There is no mention of difficulty-related trophies. For completion & collectibles we need the following: unlock all Party Members and finish all their Substories, clear all fights in Colosseum, defeat all Cave Masters, obtain all Visions, gain help from all Espers, obtain all 12 Legendary Arms.
