During the missions “Rounds” and “The Patient”, don’t use any healing items.
For platinum we need to speedrun the game in under 4 hours, beat the game without manual saving, beat New Game+, unlock all 5 Endings (Justice, Forever, Abandoned, Dog, Sci-fi), and obtain all Collectibles: Phone Numbers, Documents, Strange Postcards, CRTV Signals, Weapons. Multiple playthroughs will be required.
