Control Resonant Plan of Attack Walkthrough

Notes: Plan of Attack is a main mission in Control Resonant, part of the “Contain the Crisis” story questline. Unlike other quests so far, it doesn’t have any objective markers which can make it confusing.

• Main Story: Contain the Crisis
• Starting Location: Central Zone > Field Office
• Requirement: Finish Main Quest: Arish’s Briefing
• Reward: None
• Quest Description: The Hiss tremors are weakening the Pattern Barrier behind the Evac Site, and they’re only getting stronger. But Arish has a plan to fight back: The CFD. He needs my help to get it working.

Objectives:

1. Defeat More Resonant Entities
2. Reroute Power through the Subway
3. Install Probe Relays in the Sinkhole

Unlike other Main Quests so far, Plan of Attack doesn’t have any quest markers. The hints in the journal point you toward doing other quests to advance the story.

Starting Location: Plan of Attack

Starts automatically after Main Quest: Arish’s Briefing.

Defeat More Resonant Entities

For this objective you must defeat the Resonants in West Incursion Zone and Central Zone. Refer to their missions below:

1. The West Incursion Zone Resonant (must also Jesse Sightings: The Incursion Fault to reach this Resonant)
2. The Central Zone Resonant

After defeating both Resonants this objective will complete.

Reroute Power through the Subway

This requires doing another main quest:

1. Power Lines

After completing that quest, the objective will complete.

Install Probe Relays in the Sinkhole

This also requires doing another quest:

1. Into the Sinkhole

After completing that quest, the objective will complete.

Once you’ve finished all of these sub-missions, Plan of Attack will complete, and you get the next main quest Enemy of My Enemy.
