Enemy of My Enemy is the 6th main mission in the Contain the Crisis questline in Control Resonant. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Enemy of My Enemy main quest.
- Main Story: Contain the Crisis
- Starting Location: Central > Field Office
- Requirement: Complete missions Power Lines and Into The Sinkhole, defeat both Central Zone Resonant and West Incursion Zone Resonant.

Objectives:
- Meet Pope in the Field Office
- Report to Arish at the CFD Platform
- Reach the Front and Defend the CFD
- Defend the CFD at the Blockade
- Retreat to the CFD Platform
- Activate the CFD
- Follow the CFD and Use the Switch
- Destroy the CFD
Before you are given this quest, you must first complete both prior given quests Power Lines and Into The Sinkhole. You must also defeat both the Central Zone Resonant boss and West Incursion Zone Resonant.
Meet Pope in the Field Office
Once you receive this quest, you can return to the Field Office in Central to speak with Pope.
Report to Arish at the CFD Platform
After you have spoken with Pope, you can go back to the CFD Platform at the Sinkhole in Evacuation Zone to speak with Arish.
Reach the Front and Defend the CFD
After speaking with Arish, a large number of Hiss will start spawning in the street below. Jump down and deal with the waves as they appear.
Defend the CFD at the Blockade
After the first group of enemies, you will be teleported farther away from the CFD. Run back and keep fighting the enemies as they appear.
Retreat to the CFD Platform
After the next wave, you’ll be told to go back up to the plaform.
Activate the CFD
On the platform, go to the back corner and interact with the switch to activate the CFD.
Follow the CFD and Use the Switch
After the scene, you will be in a new area. You need to follow the CFD down the tunnel area that is appearing in front of you, shifting gravity to switch walls to progress.
Once you reach the first group of Hiss enemies you can skip them if you want, jump to the walls with the HVAC machines and use them to jump to the hole in the center.
When you reach the large square street area there will be more enemies. Here you need to destroy the 3 Hiss orbs that appear on three of the walls. You can ignore the other enemies while doing this if you want.
Once you have destroyed all three, jump to the platforms in the middle of the area, then use them to reach the now open hole in the wall.
Keep following the path to the CFD, and at the end you will reach the switch.
Destroy the CFD
The switch will not work, and you will be thrown backward down the path. Run forward again and press 
when close enough to destroy the CFD. After the next scene you will appear back in the Oldest House, completing the mission.
This finishes Enemy of My Enemy in Control Resonant.
