- Reward: 75 Oroberyl, 4,250 T-Creds, 18 Intermediate Combat Records, 14 Arms INSP Kits, and 300 EXP
- Quest Description: The Valley IV Rebuilding Project has begun. Director Qin hopes to give you an update of her work.

Head into the Hub Base and find Director Qin to speak with her. That’s all there is to this very short mission. Afterward you can start the follow-up quest Rumors about Tech.
You receive 75 Oroberyl, 4,250 T-Creds, 18 Intermediate Combat Records, 14 Arms INSP Kits, and 300 EXP
This finishes the Base Revisited side quest in Arknights Endfield.
