Apes on the Loose contains 10 Collectible Locations in Astro Bot. This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in Apes on the Loose level in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Nothing is missable, everything can be replayed after the story.

Collectibles Overview:
Collectibles
Bots #1-#9: This whole level is a long minigame, each of the Bots is a monkey for Ape Escape which you have to catch with your net, pretty straightforward since you can track them with your net.

lets you capture them. Capture the first 9 before sliding up the pink rails to the big statue in the middle of the plaza.
Puzzle #1 – Floating above a water fountain in the main plaza of this level, after catching the first ape/bot. Jump in the fountain to reach it.
Puzzle #2 – At the end of the main plaza go over the glass platform to find this. Beware, the platform will crumble, keep walking to not fall down.
Trophy: Net Profit – Just before the glass bridge where the second puzzle piece was, hit the green bush on the right side with your net. A golden-sparkling butterfly comes out of it. Now catch it with your net by pressing . It will try to fly away. It will fly in circles around the center, just catch up to it and use the net while jumping.
Puzzle #3 – In the main plaza you can find a triangular construction with a monkey on top, use a flower to get up there and from there you can reach the puzzle.
Bot #10 (Specter) – At the top of the statue in the middle, after a short “boss fight”.
Remaining Bots and Puzzle Pieces:
Puzzle Piece – When flying around in the Nebula with your ship, you can grab it from a ship flying by.
Bot (Ryu) – In the Nebula you can find a circle of asteroids on the left upper side of the Nebula, destroy them all to unlock the Retro Rampage 1 Level. Finish the level by beating up the rabbits to unlock the Bot.
Bot (NLB The Show Baseball Player) – Again in the Nebula, you can find a bigger asteroid appearing in the right upper corner, fly into it to unlock the stage Crumble Rumble 1. Finish it to unlock the Bot.
Bot (Toro the Cat) – Again in the Nebula you need to hit an asteroid that appears in the upper left corner to unlock the level Rolling Star Sola. Finishing it will reward you with the Bot.
