Avatar Frontiers of Pandora has 3 Bases. Destroying all Bases is one of the requirements to reach 100% Air Quality for the Reclaim Pandora trophy & achievement. For 100% Air Quality you must destroy completely all 57 RDA buildings which include the following:
- 35 RDA Installations – the smallest-size enemy buildings
- 19 Outposts – medium-sized enemy buildings
- 3 Bases – the largest type of enemy building
What differentiates Bases from other buildings is their size, and when you zoom in on them they say “RDA Base”. On the map they look like walled fortresses. You can see them even without unfogging the map by looking for brown colored background on the map. The environment around these buildings is polluted, destroying them brings back nature and increases overall air quality. The Air Quality can be checked in the Resistance Headquarters after getting the ‘Cleaning the Air’ Side Quest from story progress.
To destroy the Bases use your vision with R1/RB to highlight the objects to sabotage. Sabotage all objects in the Base to conquer it. This also unlocks a permanent fast travel point. 2 Bases are story-related from main quests. Only one is from the open world, which is a level 20 base and the most difficult in the game.

Automatically from Main Quest: Combined Forces.
#2 – Drill Base Omega
Automatically from Main Quest: Last Strike.
#3 – Laser Ore Processor Alpha
In the open world, in the north of Kinglor Forest. This is the most difficult level 20 base. Going near it will start the side quest “Laser Ore Processor Alpha”. You must first level up far enough to stand a chance.
