Campsite: Ruins Approach
From the start of the area, follow the path north to the edge of the shallow water where the campsite is near a strongbox.
Elite Malefact
Southwest of Ruins Approach campsite, with some similar Malefacts nearby. Drops a Decayed Charm.
Normal Recipe: Fish Onigiri
South of Ruins Approach campsite, in a building on top of a metal structure.
Keeper Golem
North of Ruins Approach campsite, on the west side of the path on a raised section.
Campsite: Cave Entrance
North of Ruins Approach campsite, follow the path all the way to the entrance of the cave to find the campsite.
Manual: Resurrection Censer
Northwest of Cave Entrance campsite, purchase from Wandering Merchant Golem.
Elite Malefact
Story-related, you are required to fight it while progressing through the tunnel after Cave Entrance campsite.
Weapon: Resonance Sword
Northwest of Cave Entrance campsite, in the room where you are required to fight the three Malefact to progress, in front of the Lore Painting.
Lore Painting
Northwest of Cave Entrance campsite, in the room where you are required to fight the three Malefect to progress, behind where the Resonance Sword was located.

West of Cave Entrance campsite, follow the cave back outside, and the Shrine is below the wooden structure where the Golem are fighting a couple of Malefacts.

Southwest of Cave Entrance campsite, after exiting the west side of the cave grapple up so the buildings to the south of the area to find the Shrine.
Shrine #21
Southwest of Cave Entrance campsite, after exiting the west side of the cave on ground level inside a ruined building.
Elite Malefact
Southwest of Cave Entrance campsite, after exiting the west side of the cave in the open shallow water area.

West of Cave Entrance campsite, through the cave and near the west edge of the next outdoor area.

Directly south of Ruins Outskirts campsite, in a large group of Malefacts.

South of Ruins Outskirts campsite, at the bottom of the elevator when entering the Colony.
Inside the colony area is fairly confusing so you should work on collecting items moving up one level at a time.

Southeast of Upper Matsukawa Colony (Front) campsite, grapple to the first central platform then go to the east side where there is a path leading to a room in the east wall. Inside the room on the ground is the document.
Campsite: Tranquil Hall
Southwest of Upper Matsukawa Colony (Interior), grapple to the first central platform then follow the path leading south to this campsite in front of a doorway.
Elite Malefact
South of Tranquil Hall campsite in the room. Drops a Spirit Stone Ore (M).
Shrine #23
South of Tranquil Hall campsite in the room behind where the Elite Malefact was.
Shrine #24
Northwest of Tranquil Hall campsite, grapple up to the platform above where the shrine is located.

Northwest of Upper Matsukawa Colony (Interior), grapple to the first central platform then follow the path leading to this campsite in front of a doorway.

Southwest of Library Hall campsite, on the upper level in the southwest corner of the room.

East of Library Hall campsite, grapple to the second central platform then follow the path to teh southeast to this campsite in front of a door.

Southeast of Hall of Silence campsite, enter the room and interact with the door on the lower floor to trigger three waves of enemies. Defeat the waves to open the door, then enter to find the shrine.

Northwest of Matsukawa Colony (Top Level) campsite, grapple to the platform to the northwest to find the campsite in front of a door.

Northwest of Prayer Room campsite, inside the room.
Keeper Golem
East of Matsukawa Colony (Top Level) campsite, grapple to the platform to the east to find the large Keeper Golem.

Northeast of Matsukawa Colony (Top Level) campsite, extend a branch R2 toward the large pipe to reach the platform with this campsite.

Northeast of Mausoleum campsite, in the first part of the room with two other Golem.
