From the start of the area, head north down the elevator and the campsite is directly in your path.

Northeast of Starfall Tower Entrance campsite, along the main path after activating the first two control panels.
Campsite: Starfall Tower Control Room
Northeast of Starfall Tower Interior campsite, immediately after riding the second elevator.
Campsite: In front of the Lab
West of Starfall Tower Control Room campsite, after activating the three control panels, follow the path down into the forested area near at the bottom of the hill.

North of In front of the Lab campsite, in the next hallway after obtaining Kanzashi.

North of In front of the Lab campsite, in the next hallway halfway down on the left side.
