Biomutant All Fort & Outpost Locations

Biomutant has 6 Tribe’s Fort Locations and 18 Outpost Locations. Finding all Forts unlocks the Trek trophy or achievement. Just getting near them to have the icon appear on the map is enough to count towards the trophy. There are 6 Tribes, each controls a region where they have their main Fort and 3 Outposts (6 Tribes x 3 Outposts = 18 Outposts). Finding all Outposts isn’t specifically required for any trophy, but they each contain a Psionic Shrine. You do need to interact with any 30 Shrines for the Kneel trophy / achievement, so visiting all Outposts is an easy way to find 18 of the 30 required Shrines quickly.

This guide shows all Locations going clockwise around the map, starting from the southernmost two regions you are introduced to during the tutorial at the beginning of the story.
