Ascending From the Underworld is a Main Story Mission in Days Gone. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “Ascending From the Underworld” Main Quest.

Ascending From the Underworld Starting Location
This mission starts immediately after the end of Shadow of Death. This mission starts in Lake Crater and continues on in Lost Lake.
Ride to the Lost Lake Encampment
Captai Kouri has set Deacon free and now he has to ride like the wind to Lost Lake to warn Rikki and Boozer that Colonel Garret is preparing an attack and that Sarah is still at Wizard Lake Camp. Begin by stocking up on materials and weapons if you need. You can find some on the crates in front of you. Then, ride.
On your way to Lost Lake you will run into several militia checkpoints. When you do, dismount your bike and get rid of everyone in your path.
After the first militia checkpoint, push the car out of the way to continue.
After the second militia checkpoint, you need to blow up some gates to enter a tunnel and continue.
There’s going to be a third militia checkpoint. Once again, eliminate everybody. Then, move the blue car out of the way to create a path to continue on until you get to Lost Lake camp.
At Lost Lake camp, Deacon is hoping to find Skizzo, but he’s not there. Instead, Iron Mike has been shot and passes away.
Deacon, Boozer, and Rikki now are planning a counterattack on Wizard Lake to kill Skizzo and save Sarah.
This concludes Shadow of Death mission in Days Gone and unlocks the mission “Keep Them Safe”.
