I Don’t Wanna Hang is a Main Story Mission in Days Gone. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “I Don’t Wanna Hang” Main Quest.
Storyline: An Officer and a Gentleman, How’d He Survive?, Law and Disorder
Objectives:

I Don’t Wanna Hang Starting Location
This mission will immediately start after the end of This One’s On Me. This mission starts in Crater Lake and unfolds in Highway 97.
Ride to the Ski Lodge
Doc Jimenez is dead and Taylor has disappeared together with the camp’s narcotics. Ride to the Ski Lodge in the mountainous part of Highway 97. As soon as you reach your mission marker, you’ll notice Taylor’s bike toppled on the ground. Deacon wonders what Taylor went there for.
Track Taylor
We need to track and find Taylor, so let’s start by investigating his bike. Then, run up the slope until you can see a ski lodge in the distance.
Clear the Ski Lodge Area of Marauders
Some Marauders are patrolling the area, so equip your best weapon from the Weapon Wheel or use stealth to clear the area. Be careful of the sniper. You might want to eliminate him first, possibly with a suppressor, and then continue.
Find Taylor
After the fight, get inside the lodge to find Taylor hurt by a fireplace. It turns out that Taylor needed his fix, but Doc Jimenez refused to accommodate him. Driven by his addiction, Taylor murdered the Doc. Taylor, however, doesn’t want to hang, so Deacon decides to overdose him and to lies to Captain Kouri by telling him that Taylor overdosed himself. Then, Captain Kouri and Deacon decides to burn the bodies in and around the lodge to avoid leaving them to the Freakers.
This concludes I Don’t Wanna Hang mission in Days Gone and unlocks the mission “This Could Be It”.

Okay but how do you get into the ski resort? Been trying to get in for an hour already.

After you kill all Marauders, a cutscene with a guy coming out of the lodge unlocks. The door he uses is the door you need to go through. The door is basically opposite the chairlift station.

Not letting me investigate Taylor’s Bike does anyone know a fix?

You cant mark the misson or it will glitch out so just set a marker close by

What if it already has you going to the building can you still inspect the bike if you don’t have it

I can’t start the damn mission at all no cutscene no other missions except for this one for days now its version 1.08 patch didn’t fix it ps4 pro

New patch worked but now the game crashes and landscape won’t load 🙁 why you do this Days Gone why?

This game is one of the worst for Bugs not seen anything like this before seems like everything you do causes a problem i.e. fast travel, goings into camps, getting on off your bike total nightmare
