Take Back What’s Mine is a Main Story Mission in Days Gone. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “Take Back What’s Mine” Main Quest.

Take Back What’s Mine Starting Location
This mission will become available after Deacon saves Taylor from the Marauders. This mission starts in Lake Crater.
Track Down Bounty Target: Crystal Adkins
Colonel Garret wants Deacon to track down the girl that was taken hostage by some Marauders as she has stolen some rings property of the Colonel. Ride to the last known location of the bounty target or fast-travel to the Cascade Lakes Railway Ambush Camp if you’ve already freed it from Marauders.
Follow the mission marker until you come across Crystal’s bike which seems to have broken down. Then, go to the next investigation area for some bootprints.
Again, keep going to the next mission marker to investigate a new clue, some yellow snow. Crystal must have taken a leak on her way to look for scraps. After all, when you need to go, you need to go.
Keep following Crystal’s bootprints by referencing to the white dots on your mini map until you come across yet another Marauders’ camp.
0/12 Clear the Marauders
As usual, choose your approach and wade through the camp until you’ve killed all Marauders. As you kill all Marauders, keep an eye out for the white dots on your mini map to investigate more clues and narrow down your investigation area.
Find Bounty Target: Crystal Adkins
Move to your new mission marker and jimmy the door to enter the shack where your target is. Deacon will spare her life in exchange for the rings. Now go back to the Colonel to return the stolen jewelry, proof of your “kill”.
This concludes Take Back What’s Mine mission in Days Gone and unlocks the mission “Afraid of a Little Competition?”.

Do I have to pick up the rings? When I return to Wizard Island I cannot Hand over the rings. The old chap just looks at me. No chance to talk to him (no square) but I do get led to his location and the marker is there, telling me to Hand over the proof of kill….
I have slept, reloaded, resaved…. Any ideas?

Had same issue today. Find out that I had second quest from Colonel about finding a thief. Mission where you need to chase a guy on bike. After completing that one I returned back to camp and square appeared at the table to turn in this quest.

I tried walking to the table everything the guy still sits there. There’s no prompt to end mission or nothing!!! Everytime I get on there is always an update!!! Fix this problem please!!!

There is a bike mission where you have to track down a soldier that went awol and its in crater lake near a historical marker. Once you do that mission then go try to return the stuff. I had the same problem everyone else was having.
