This mission will become available once you’ve back in Lost Lake Camp, after the Ripper-Attack.
Return Explosives
Deacon an Boozer want to use the Explosives he has obtained to blow up the dam in Iron Butte to drown the Rippers instead of their intended purpose to seal caves with Hordes.
Deek cannot be seen while carrying these into his cabin. Stick to the northern side of the building…
… and head down the wooden stairs. There shouldn’t be anyone close enough to spot you here.
