You Got the Wrong Guy is a Main Story Mission in Days Gone. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the “You Got the Wrong Guy” Main Quest.
Storyline: Bounty Hunter
Objectives:
- Locate the Thief
- Knock Off the Thief Off His Bike
- Restrain the Thief
You Got the Wrong Guy Starting Location
This mission will become available after Deacon saves Taylor from the Marauders. This mission starts in Lake Crater.
Locate the Thief
Colonel Garret knows of a thief who stole something from the camp. It’s up to Deacon to locate him and bring him back alive to the Colonel for a just trial. Once you arrive at your location, park your bike next to the wooden fence and investigate the blood next to it. Be ready to saddle up immediately after and chase the thief.
Knock Off the Thief Off His Bike
Go after the other biker and equip your weapon by pressing :r1:. Aim by pressing 
and go for the tyres. Alternatively, you can ride into him but this will damage your bike. Once the biker’s life is depleted, approach him to restrain him.
Restrain the Thief
Once the thief is down, Deacon will automatically restrain him and the mission will end.
This concludes You Got the Wrong Guy mission in Days Gone and unlocks the mission “Take Back What’s Mine”.

Yes I have. Cannot get mission to work. No Blood is showing!!

Same problem. It worked once, but he got away, and the blood did not reappear on the replay or by reloading. Seriously glitched! Help.
