Location:

• Nokstella, Eternal City: Nokstella, Eternal City – From the Site of Grace head West to the staircase. Head all the way up until you get to the Electric Mimics at the top. Instead of heading down the hallway at the top of the stairs head into the room on the top platform. In the room you will find a bunch of Shield Faced Mimics, defeat them and search the chest in the room for this Bell Bearing.

Location:

• Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree: Haligtree Roots – From this Site of Grace head Northeast up the elevator back into the building above. Once in the building head out by going through the door straight ahead of you. Once outside make a left and follow that path all the way to the very end to a little gravesite.
