Item Description: Dragon heart seized by a dragon tracker. Riddled with Gravel Stone, this grotesque organ continues to beat vivaciously. An offering used in the Dragon Communion. Consume a dragon’s heart at the altar to make its power yours. While a terrible and savage-looking thing, the heart has a peculiar beauty to it.

- Limgrave: Dragon Burnt Ruins – In the water nearby is the Flying Dragon Agheel. Defeat the creature to receive its heart.
- Liurnia of the Lakes: Temple Quarter – Defeat the green dragon “Glinstone Dragon Smarag”.
- Liurnia of the Lakes: Ruin-Strewn Precipice Overlook, Magma Wyrm – Defeat the Magma Wyrm Makar dragon and you will receive this heart.
- Caelid: Gael Tunnel / Rear Gael Tunnel Entrance – Defeat the regular Magma Wymr inside Gael Tunnel of Caelid to receive its heart.
- Caelid: Caelid Highway South – Defeat the dragon Decaying Ekzykes along the road to get its heart.
- Greyoll’s Dragonbarrow: Farum Greatbridge – Defeat Flying Dragon Greyll on the bridge next to this Site of Grace to obtain this heart.
