- Reward: 750 mon, 4 shinobi steel
- Quest Info: East of Teshio River, a monk hired me for protection. He’s looking into an imposter who serves the Nine Tails.
Objectives:
- Follow the monk to the imposter’s home

- Follow the monk to the forest

Starting Location: A Fox in Monk’s Clothing
Just talk to the monk near the bamboo strike and accept the job.
Follow the monk to the imposter’s home
Now follow the monk on your horse, you will soon be attacked by some nine tails.
Defeat the Nine Tails
Just kill all enemies when they attack.
Follow the monk to the imposter’s home
After killing the enemies, follow the monk to the imposter’s house.
Search for clues
When you arrive, you have to examine two things inside the house.
Then head outside through the back door, and you find some footsteps. Examine them
Head around the corner of the house and examine some more footsteps.
Follow the monk to the forest
After finding the clues, follow the monk to the forest. You will be attacked by some nine tails. But you can ignore them, just follow the monk.
Defeat the Nine Tails
After you spy on the nine tails you have to kill them all.
After that, a short cutscene starts.
This finishes A Fox in Monk’s Clothing in Ghost of Yotei.
