Bold Kaji Forge is a side tale in Ghost of Yotei. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Bold Kaji Forge side quest.
- Chapter: Chapter 1 – The Lone Wolf
- Region: Ishikari Plain
- Quest Giver: None, automatically starts when going near Bold Kaji Forge enemy camp
- Requirement: can be started when reaching Ishikari Plain during Main Tale: The Oni
- Reward: Altar of Reflection (Skill Point) after conquering the Bold Kaji Forge
- Quest Info: A weaponsmith is being held captive at his forge west of Nakagoya Spring and Horokanai Bluffs. I know what the Yotei Six do to blacksmiths that don’t cooperate.
Objectives:
- Find the prisoner
- Kill Saito’s Soldiers with the Prisoner
Starting Location: Bold Kaji Forge
This tale automatically starts when you go near the Bold Kaji Forge enemy camp. The tale automatically completes upon liberating this camp.
Find the prisoner
You will hear the prisoner talking to the guard in the middle of the camp. You can assassinate the guard from behind, then press R2 to free the prisoner.
Kill Saito’s Soldiers with the Prisoner
The prisoner will help you defeat the remaining enemies, if you haven’t already killed them by yourself. Just defeat everyone and you’ll get a cutscene which liberates this enemy camp. Afterward you can pray at the Altar of Reflection for a new technique.
This finishes Bold Kaji Forge in Ghost of Yotei.
