Ghost of Yotei Burning Plains – Unfinished Business Walkthrough

Burning Plains is an Unfinished Business endgame quest in Ghost of Yotei. It’s only available after completing the main story if you haven’t already fulfilled the requirements during the story.

• Chapter: Post-Game, after finishing story
• Region: Ishikari Plain
• Quest Giver: automatically pinned to your map after finishing the main story, but only if you haven’t completed the objectives during the story already
• Requirement: finished the main story (after Main Tale: The Final Hunt of the Onryo)
• Reward: None
• Quest Info: The Oni Raiders still terrorize Ishikari Plain. With Sensei Takahashi’s help, I can break them.

Objectives:

1. Complete Sensei Takahashi’s Questline

Starting Location: Burning Plains

Complete Sensei Takahashi’s Questline

To complete this Unfinished Business, you must do the following 5 Sensei Tales in Ishikari Plain:

1. The Way of the Yari –  Way of the Yari +  Spear Fishing
2. The Path of the Yari –  Way of the Yari
3. The Yari’s Fury –  Way of the Yari
4. Sensei Takahashi’s Persimmon Tree
5. The Burning of Castle Ishikari

If you have already done these, the Unfinished Business will have autocompleted and no longer appears on the map after the story. The red tale is only pinned on the map if you haven’t done the required questline, but it doesn’t make a difference if you do it during or after the story.

This finishes Burning Plains in Ghost of Yotei.
