Guns and Consequences is a sensei tale in Ghost of Yotei. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Guns and Consequences side quest.
- Chapter: Chapter 2 – The Onyro
- Region: Oshima Coast
- Quest Giver: Oyuki
- Requirement: unlocked upon entering Oshima Coast for the first time during Main Tale: The Saito Brothers
- Reward: Tanzutsu (Quickfire Weapon)
- Quest Info: Oyuki mentioned a gunsmith – Matchlock Murata – has a workshop at the mouth of the Karatsu River. He could build me a pistol.
Objectives:
- Find Matchlock Murata
- Find Unosuke and his gang
- Defeat Unosuke and his gang
- Return to Matchlock Murata
Starting Location: Guns and Consequences
Find Matchlock Murata
When you reach the house, enter it to find him. He was shot and will need some help.
Then he asks for some Sake. Get it from the shelf right next to him and give it to him.
Then get the ramrod from the opposite side where the Sake was.
Then after a conversation, he will show you his workshop. Just follow him.
Find Unosuke and his gang
He will ask you to find Unosuke and get the pistol back. Unosuke is in the Tokuyama hills. Follow the marker in the map.
Defeat Unosuke and his gang
Once you reach the location, you will find Unosuke and his friends, you need to defeat them all.
After defeating them, a little standoff will start, and the game gives you an introduction to the Tanzutsu pistol (Quickfire Weapon).
Return to Matchlock Murata
Now you can fast travel back to Murata and talk to him.
This finishes Guns and Consequences in Ghost of Yotei.
