God of War Ragnarok All Spear Handles (Hinds)

This page contains all 12 Spear Attachments (Handles / Hinds / Sauroters) in God of War Ragnarok including a showcase with images. Spear Handles are an attachment to your third weapon, the Draupnir Spear, and increase certain stats. More than that, they also add unique passive perks that can change the flow of combat. Each Handle visually changes the design of your Spear. Knowing what Handles are in the game and what abilities they unlock can help you prepare and strategize for difficult encounters. They are also referred to as Hinds in the equipment menu. The Spear is an automatic story unlock halfway through the game in Main Mission 10: Forging Destiny.

Spear Handles are obtained from quests, from certain chests, bosses, and crafting. You can upgrade the Spear Handles to further increase their stats. You get all attachments automatically while going for 100% Completion.

Draupnir Spear Attachments

Soldier’s Sauroter – Improves Defence, no special ability
Charging Assault Sauroter – Improves Defence, Vitality, Luck & Fearless Sprinter: The Hoplite Lunge and Phalanx Breaker skills (Sprint + / ) apply more Stun and have a Moderate Luck chance to grant an Unstoppable Aura. (Craftable at Blacksmith)
Mighty Olympic Sauroter – Improves Defence, Cooldown, Luck & Detonator’s Might: Detonating thrown Spears ( ) has a Moderate Luck chance to increase Strength and Stagger Resistance. (Craftable at Blacksmith)
Lion’s Roar Sauroter – Improves Defence & Stunning Blast: Greatly increases the Stun damage of the Gale Force skill ( + hold ).
Hind of Weightless Recovery – Improves Defence, Luck & Malestrom Refresh: When the Maelstrom skill gauge is fully charged, successful Spear attacks have a moderate Luck chance to grant a Blessing of Cooldown. (Craftable at Blacksmith)
Battle-Scarred Sauroter – Improves Defence, Vitality & Seized Rage Burst: Stun Grabbing an enemy ( ) grants a Rage Burst.
Hind of Volatile Might – Improves Defence, Vitality & Siphoned Strength: Elemental Siphon (Hold ) imbued Spears do increased Melee damage, but the siphoned element now fades after a duration.
Warrior’s Echo Sauroter – Improves Strength, Defence, Runic & Sonic Piercer: Spear attacks against Sonic-afflicted enemies deal bonus damage and build bonus Maelstrom skill charge. (Craftable at Blacksmith)
Hind of the Nine Realms – Improves Runic, Vitality, Cooldown & Momentous Shift: Activating Violent Maelstrom ( + ) while Maelstrom is full triggers a Realm Shift. (Reward from Berserker Gravestone in Svartalfheim, Jarnsmida Pitmines)
Hind of the Four Winds – Improves Strength, Defence & Slicing Finish: Adds a Concussive Wave to the end of the Spear Combo. (Dropped by Miklimunnr miniboss in Svartalfheim, The Applecore)
Hind of Deadly Vitality – Improves Defence, Cooldown, Luck & Slayer’s Health Burst: Moderate Luck chance to grant a Health Burst on any successful Spear kill. (Reward for defeating the 3 Oath Keeper Minibosses in Vanaheim, The Plains)
Hind of Attuned Elements – Improves Defence, Runic & Extinguish And Vaporise: Spear attacks against Burning or Frosted enemies deal bonus damage. (Located in Yggdrasil Rift in Svartalfheim, Alberich Hollow)
