• Crackle of Bilskirnir is dropped by miniboss “Olaf Nautson” in Favor: Animal Instincts. This favor takes place in Midgard, by clearing the raider camps around Lake of Nine.
  
  

After getting the material you also need the Lost Pages to make the Hilt of Ridill available for crafting at the blacksmith.
