Kena Bridge of Spirits contains 210 Collectible Locations. This collectibles guide shows all locations in each region for 100% game completion and all trophies.

None of the collectibles are missable! You can pick up everything in free-roam after the story (which is recommended). Pick up what you find yourself during the story. Then come back after the story to clean up the missing items. This guide is intended for use AFTER the story. When you first visit these areas you won’t always have the required skills or map access to reach all collectibles. Some areas are locked off until much later. 41 Collectibles (35 Rots, 6 Hats) are automatic rewards from story progress and aren’t actually picked up in the world. For the Hats you just need to find them, no need to actually buy them.
After the story you will be put back in the Title Screen, from there select Continue and you’ll spawn before the ending cutscene. From there you can return to all regions and keep searching for Collectibles.

I am having trouble with Zen Master, I know I have rested at all of the meditation spots but the trophy is not popping. I rested again after beating the game to ensure that I got the meditation spot that triggers the cutscene. Are there any reports of Zen Master being glitched?

Managed to get it popped, I went around to all of the meditation spots again and then hit the mountain shrine and it worked.

Man, I’ve gone through all of the spots again and still nothing.. don’t know if there’s any issue with the last one on the mountain.

Keep trying. Same as xAETHERIUSx, it eventually popped at the mountain shrine. I was panicking; I definitely went around them all at least 3 times, for whatever reason, popped on my 3rd or 4th time trying at the Mountain Shrine. I was playing offline on 1.05 whilst 1.06 was out, didn’t upgrade so I could get the patch done.
I have a theory that if you re-load a save after hitting the mountain shrine (and completing the story), rather than continue, it doesn’t count it the first time. I know I definitely didn’t continue the first time because I did the exploit, and the 2nd time I may have just re-loaded a save. Do Mountain Shrine again, and if it doesn’t pop, press continue, and immediately do it again.

Do you need to actually purchase the Rot hats or is finding them enough?

Rots are glitched for me, I have went to every possible rot location in the village area and I got them yet it says I’m missing one. I’ve completed the story not sure why it says I’m missing one.

I can’t seem to get any collectibles after the story. I pressed ‘continue’ on the title page and I’m put back at the Mountain Shrine, but the warp point doesn’t give me the option to travel to any of the other regions. Any advice?

I’m having issues with 3 trophies, some mentioned in this thread.
Missing a rot in the village, despite having gone through all the collectibles so much be one short from a mission somehow.
Triple tap trophy won’t pop at all. Have tried loads.
The meditation trophy won’t pop. I’ve visited all but cannot get the the endgame spot. There’s a dead-end at village leader Hall with no way beyond. i love this game but these bits are really frustrating.

Has anyone found a way to get back to the mountain shrine? I think I need to get back there and mediate again for Zen Master but theres no fast travel point and I can’t find a way through
