Little Nightmares 3 contains 58 Collectible Locations (25 Dolls, 11 Crows, 6 Nomes, 10 Lady Statues, 6 Ghosts). This collectibles guide shows all collectibles for 100% game completion and all trophies. None of the Collectibles are missable, you can use chapter select to replay everything. Finding all collectibles is required for the following trophies & achievements:
- 25 Dolls – needed for
Toybox, Candy Shop, Token Gestures, Filed Away & 
Loose Threads - 11 Crows – needed for Bird-Brained
- 6 Nomes – needed for Home Sweet Nome
- 10 Lady Statues – needed for Omnipresence
- 6 Ghosts – needed for Institutionalized
Chapter 1 “Necropolis”
Doll #1 + Crow #1
Right after you climbed up the first ladder in the chapter and entered the room you will find the doll on the ground and the crow on the upper right side.
Crow #2
Right after you leave the room with the first doll and crow, you will find the second crow on a statue.
Crow #3, #4, #5
For story purposes, you have to shoot down a raven with a key. In the same room, on the upper right side, are two more crows to shoot.
Crow #6
Shortly after you receive the umbrella and after you interact with the big baby for the first time, you have to drop down a ledge and use the umbrella. Before you do that, shoot the crow.
Doll #2
After the first time you have to hide from the big baby, you will use a platform to get to the lower level. Here, instead of going right, go left and destroy the wall, and enter the next room to find the doll.
Doll #3
Soon after you defeat 4 bugs, you will reach a room with a big fan. Here, go up the stairs next to the fan to find the doll.
Crow #7,8,9 & 10
Shortly after an interaction with the big baby, where you drop down a hole, you will reach an area with some statues and four crows to shoot.
Doll #4
Right after you have been grabbed by the big baby, you will drop down into a dark area. Here, go left first and through an opening in the wall to find the doll.
Crow #11
Shortly after Doll #4 you will reach another area with the big baby. Here, shoot down the crow to unlock Birdbrained. There are three more crows right after this in front of the big baby, so if you missed one or two, that’s fine.
Doll #5
Soon after you hide from the big baby, and it walks away with the church bell, you will reach an alley. At the end of this alley on the left side, you will find the last doll of this chapter. This will unlock Toybox.
Chapter 2 “Candy Factory”
Doll #1
This is right after you climbed up the ladder in the library to get away from the old granny. Instead of going right, go left first to find the doll.
Doll #2
You will reach a part where you use two fuses to power up an elevator. When you go for the fuse on the left side, you will find the doll in the first room you enter, on the back right side on the ground.
Doll #3
Soon after you use the two fuses to power up an elevator, you will get outside. Here, instead of moving down, go upwards and through a window to find the doll.
Doll #4
Shortly after Doll #3, you will reach a surveillance room with the old granny. After she left the room, drop down and go into the room on the left side to find the doll.
Doll #5
After you kill the granny, you will reach a corridor. At the end, enter the room on the left side to find the doll on a table. This will also unlock Candy Shop.
Chapter 3 “Carnevale”
Doll #1 + Nome #1
Early in this chapter, you will drop down into a corridor. Here, destroy the glass on the right side and enter the next room, where you find the doll on the ground.
Then head back into the corridor and go to the back of it, here, enter the door on the right side. For story purposes, you have to hit the button in the room to get a fuse. After that, you can hug the nom in front of the oven by pressing

Nome #2 + Nome #3
You will reach a place where you have to turn on the power to move a big sculpture and to reach the next level. Here you can find Nome #2 behind the ladder on the left side.
You will find Nome #3, after you turn on the power, in the same area as #2, next to the lever on the right side.
Doll #2
After you use a big sculpture to get to the upper level, don’t enter the door here, instead, climb up some boxes near the door and get into the vent to reach the room with the doll.
Doll #3
Right after you climb up a big shelf with bottles and a chain, head to the right side of the area and go through the opening in the wall to find the doll. Also, pull out the box from the shelf in this room to scare away a Nome.
Nome #4 + Doll #4 + Nome #5 + Doll #5 + Nome #6
After you pick up Doll #3, get out of the room and go to the left side of the area, and near the chair, you will scare away the same Nome. Now go through the opening on the lower left side of the wall. Here you will find Nome #4.
Head further to the left, and you will reach a very dark corridor. Go left and downstairs into a room, here shoot the button to scare away a Nome.
Then head further into the room to find Doll #4.
Get back into the dark corridor and go to the back of it. Enter the right room, here you will find Nome #5 next to the piano.
Then go back and forth on the keys of the piano a few times to unlock 
Stay Tuned and to open a hidden entrance to a room with Doll #5.
Head outside of the piano room and enter the opposite room to find Nome #6. This will unlock Home Sweet Nome.
Doll #6
After you power up an oven to reach the upper level, you will go outside. Instead of moving further to the right, head towards the screen and enter the opening in the wall to enter the room with the oven again. Walk over the plank to the left side and go through another opening in the wall to find the doll.
Doll #7
After you kill 4 puppets and crawl through a vent, you will see two balloons. Here, head left and climb up a wooden wall to find the doll.
Lady Statue #1
Shortly after Doll #7, you will go through a wagon. After you leave the wagon, don’t climb up the net, instead, go left under the wagon you passed to find the statue. Pick it up and throw or shoot it with the bow to destroy it.
Lady Statue #2
Soon after the first statue, you will reach an area where you have to kill two puppets. You can find the second statue in the same area on the back right side.
Lady Statue #3
After the second statue, you will soon reach a tent with a big guy in a box. Here, head left and outside the tent to find the third statue.
Lady Statue #4
After you leave the tent with the big guy in the box to the right side, you will find the next statue in front of a machine. Don’t step on the plate with the statue, or you will die. Instead, shoot it with the bow or throw a ball at it.
Doll #8 + Lady Statue #5
Soon after the previous statue, you will squeeze through a wooden fence, and you will then see a well. Hang onto the handle to reach the lower level. You will drop into a pool full of dentures. Leave it and you will find the doll.
After you pick up the doll head, further to the right, and climb up the wall. Right after that, you will see the lady statue on the back left side.
Lady Statue #6
After you interact with a mirror for story purposes, you will leave the building. Head right and you will see another building. You are supposed to go onto the roof of that building. Instead, go downstairs to find the statue under the stairs.
Lady Statue #7
After you take an elevator, you will reach a dark corridor. Here, enter the first door on the right side to find the statue.
Lady Statue #8
A little bit after statue 7, you will escape from a man and his hand puppet. You will drop into a big pool full of dentures. Leave it and go upstairs and all the way to the left side to find the statue.
Doll #9
After you pick up Lady Statue #8, head right into the next room. After you walk over a wooden plank, instead of going further to the right, climb down the ladder and enter the vent down there. You will find the doll after crawling through the vent.
Doll #10
Shortly after Doll #9, you will pass two sections where you have to avoid steam. Right after the second section, you are supposed to climb up some wooden boxes. Before doing that, you will see some light in the lower right corner of the screen, this is a hidden opening where you will find the last doll of this chapter. This will unlock Token Gestures.
Lady Statue #9
Soon after you pick up Doll #10 you will have to lift your partner up to the upper level through a chandelier. After that, you will enter a room with a table full of bottles and the statue in the middle.
Lady Statue #10
Right after Lady Statue #9, you will reach an area with the man and his hand puppet. Pass the area and use the elevator as you are supposed to for story purposes. After the elevator ride, you will find the last statue on the right side. Destroy it and you will unlock Omnipresence.
Chapter 4 “The Institute”
Ghost #1
At the very start of the chapter, move towards the building, but don’t enter it. In front of the entrance, head towards the screen and pass a small staircase. Behind that, you will find the first ghost next to the wall. It’s pretty hard to spot.
Doll #1
Soon after you enter the building, you will come across a wooden plank that you have to pull down for story purposes. Before doing that, enter the door on the left side and head into the second room to find the doll.
Ghost #2
After the first doll, you will soon climb over a gap. Your partner has to kill a plant here so you can cross. After crossing the gap, you will find the ghost in the back right corner of the hallway.
Ghost #3
After you escaped from a blind man and after used a gong to open a path. Head through the opening on the left side where the barrier was. There is a ghost sitting on a bench. Again, very hard to spot.
Doll #2
After you pick up the doll, which changes your surroundings, you will throw it through a window while standing on a seesaw. Right after this, pick up the special doll and head all the way towards the screen. At the end, enter the room on the right side, and you will see the doll to pick up on the ground. This doll is only visible if you have the special doll with you.
Doll #3
Right after you open the door with a fuse, move the trolley inside the now open room and climb up the machine to pick up the doll.
Ghost #4
After you get chased by the boss’s hand, and you drop down into a new area, you will soon reach some stairs that you have to go up. Before doing that, go into the upper left corner of the room to find the ghost in the corner.
Doll #4 + Ghost #5
Soon after you get chased a second time by the boss’s hand, you will reach a door that you have to open by pulling the lever. Before doing that, go to the back of the hallway and pick up the doll.
After that, you have to open the door with the lever. In the next room, you will find the ghost on a bench on the right side.
Doll #5 + Ghost #6
Soon after Doll #4, you use an elevator. Right after that, you will see a wooden plank and an opening to the right side. Go through the opening and pick up the key from a box and the final Doll in the next room. This will unlock Filed Away & Loose Threads.
After you pick up the doll, get out of the room and go over the wooden plank. Here, turn left and open up the door with the key. Inside the room, you will find the last ghost in front of a bed.

There are 6 ghosts, it’s in room where Alone has to break wall from other side. the ghost is sitting on a bench on right side of the room just before the lift, the achievement only popped when I got the sixth one

I followed your guide, finding everything but the trophy for the Ghosts in last chapter didn’t unlocked. On my second play through the ghosts not reappeared. So, I have to replay on new game file?

There are six ghosts in total, refresh the site. The one i added is Ghost #5. And the old Ghost #5 is now Ghost #6. You just have to replay Chapter 4, no need for a new savegame.
