It looks like most trophies will come naturally while playing through the story once. The hardest trophy seems to be “Not Shaken, Nor Stirred” for never hitting off-beat in a level. This will require a perfect run and a good sense of rhythm because you need to attack according to the beat of the background music. Clearing a Hell using only Paz could also be more challenging than the rest, but overall it doesn’t look like an overly difficult list. There is a free demo available on PS Store if you want to try it out before buying. The main challenge will be to keep the perfect rhythm during an entire level for “Not Shaken, Not Stirred”, which will be a matter of practice and could take many attempts.
