Monster Hunter Rise has 60 Relic Locations. Finding all Relics unlocks the Antique Bookmark trophy and achievement. None of them are missable.
There are 5 maps, each map has 10 Relics which brings you to 50 total. Then you must deliver all of them to Kagero the Merchant in the hub area where you go between quests. This unlocks the final 10 “Rampage Relics”. It will spawn an extra 2 per map, so you’ll have go back to all 5 maps for 10 Relics total. This then brings you to 60 Relics and earns you the Antique Bookmark trophy.
Relics look like swords stuck in the ground with a message on them. When you stand in front of them it will show the text “Relic Record” on the sword. Once you pick it up you get an item popup in the bottom right corner saying “Old Message”. That’s how you know you found it one.
Most of these require climbing up mountains, they tend to be high up and can be a little tricky to reach.

Hi! I have finished the main solo player campaign of the game and would like to report that I have picked up 2 Rampage Relics already without the need of collecting all 10 from a specific map. I actually have 5 Relics total from natural exploration and 2 of the 5 are Rampage Relics. I can show you a screenshot for proof if you need it.
