On the path you will see a Squirtle blowing bubbles on a rock. Hit it with a fluffruit and it will get knocked down by a Wingull and fall into the whirlpool. Once it is gone throw an illumina orb at the center of the whirlpool until Blastoise breaks out carrying the Squirtle to safety, this is its 4 star pose.
