Alice’s Bakery / Sweet Cakes, Bitter Cakes… is a side mission in NTE (Neverness to Everness). The quest is initially called “Alice’s Bakery” on the map, but once started the name changes to “Sweet Cakes, Bitter Cakes…” in the quest log.

- Requirement: Finished Prologue 2
- Reward: 350 Hunter XP, 30 Annulith, 10,000 Fons, 9 Senior Hunter Guide, 9 Colorless Dye
- Quest Description: Looks like the nearby bakery is offering free samples. Why not give them a try?

Starting Location: Alice’s Bakery / Sweet Cakes, Bitter Cakes…
To start the quest talk to Alice who stands on the plaza where the Wertheimer Tower is.
Talk to Mr. Eliton
Enter the bakery behind Alice and talk to the chef behind the counter. As part of the dialogue you talk to Rabi, a half-bunny-half-human being.
Wait until the next afternoon (04:00 PM – 08:00 PM)
Exit the shop, use the radial menu ( 
) and click “Time System” to skip time till 4PM. If it’s already the right time you can skip this step.

Press 
to view the message from Alice.
Talk to Alice
Now talk to Alice who stands in front of the bakery.
Talk to Rabi
Rabi is inside the bakery and wants to talk about bittercakes.
Wait until the next afternoon (04:00 PM – 08:00 PM)
Again skip time.
Check Mr. Bag’s Tips
Open the messages with and read Mr. Bag’s message.
Talk to Alice / Talk to Rabi
Talk to Alice and Rabi where you first started the quest in front of the bakery.
Go to the fruit store Myosotis
Rabi needs a specific type of strawberry. Check with the fruit shop owner down the street. She tells you that the rare type of strawberry is out of stock and the delivery truck had an accident.
Go to the Anomaly sighting location
A little north-west you will find the delivery truck, which was struck by an anomaly. It will be marked on the map, go there.
Talk to the JTF Member
When you approach, there will be a man dressed in black, talk to him.
Nullify the Anomaly (x3)
Enter the anomaly and defeat the 3 enemies.
Talk to the JTF Member
Again talk to the man in black.
Return to Alice’s Bakery / Talk to Rabi
Backtrack to the bakery, you can fast travel to the Wertheimer Tower. Talk to Rabi at the entrance.
Talk to Alice
Talk to Alice inside the bakery.
Return to Eibon and rest
Go back to your personal bed and sleep till the next day.
Check Mr. Bag’s Tips
Press to open messages and read what Mr. Bag sent.
Go to Alice’s Bakery
Return to the bakery – an anomaly has appeared next to the shop.
Get updated with the JTF
The man in black explains the anomaly is a Ghastly Cakefest.
Talk to Rabi / Talk to Alice
Talk to Rabi in front of the white monster. Then go into the bakery to talk to Alice, who sits on the floor of the kitchen.
Discuss on how to help Rabi
Go back to Rabi outside the bakery.
Talk to Alice
Then talk to Alice again in the kitchen.
Talk to the JTF Member
And talk to the man in black again outside.
Tell Alice about your thoughts
After you review your thoughts, talk to Alice again in the bakery.
Talk to Leah
Talk to the fruit store vendor down the street for the special strawberries.
Talk to Rabi
Rabi is now inside the bakery, talk there.
Wait for the Pinkish Dream
Rabi needs time to make his special desert “Pinkish Dream”. You can exit the bakery and skip time till the next day.
Talk to Alice
Find Alice in the bakery kitchen.
Feed the cake to Ghastly Cakefest
Outside the bakery on the left, interact with Rabi and the big white monster to feed it the special cake. It then flies away.
Talk to Rabi
Lastly, talk to Rabi outside the bakery to finish the quest.
This finishes Alice’s Bakery / Sweet Cakes, Bitter Cakes… side quest in NTE (Neverness to Everness).
