Fluffy Incident / Fluffed Away?! is a side mission in NTE (Neverness to Everness). The quest is initially called “Fluffy Incident” on the map, but once started the name changes to “Fluffed Away?!” in the quest log.

- Requirement: Complete Prologue 2: Good Business, Better Treasure
- Reward: Hunter Level EXP x400, Annulith x60, Fons x15k, Senior Hunter Guide x12, Colorless Dye x12, Beetle Coin x30k
- Quest Description: Give the Cotton Fabric to Fluffy on behalf of the staff and calm them down.

Starting Location: Fluffy Incident / Fluffed Away?!
Find Eric at the register in the 2-Four convenience store.
After speaking with Eric, select the dialogue choice “About the Fluffies at the store entrance…” to begin the quest.
Give the cotton fabric to Fluffy
Leave 2-Four to your right and approach the black Oddity in front of you.
Investigate the Nearby Trash Can (Strange Origin)
To your right is another alley. Go in there and interact with the trash can. Wait a few minutes until the next objective appears.
Report the situation to Eric (Strange Things)
Head back to Eric in 2-Four and speak to him.
Again, select the dialogue choice “About the Fluffies at the store entrance…” to continue the quest.
Think about the next move (Confusion)
Wait a few seconds before the objective changes automatically.
Investigate the Trash Can at the Graffiti Wall (Investigation Starts)
Leave 2-Four by way of the alley. Then head left down the alley.
On your right will come a set of stairs going up. Take those.
At the top, you’ll see the trash can underneath some metal stairs next to the building. Interact with the trash can.
Investigate the Trash Can in the Alley (Continue Investigating)
Go back down the stairs you just came from.
Go back in the direction of 2-Four but take a right at the Coffee Shop.
Interact with the trash can there to trigger a cutscene. There’s a dialogue option here, but it doesn’t change the outcome of the quest.
Investigate the Trash Can in Front of the Stairs (Further Investigation)
Go back the way you came and turn left at the Coffee Shop.
Run past the stairs you traversed earlier.
Follow the path to the southwest until you go up a set of stairs and see a path to the left. Approach the trash can next to a man named Green.
Interact with the Elderly Man
This objective changes automatically when you get near the Elderly Man. At the same time, the Elderly Man automatically talks to you.
Talk to the Elderly (Search for News)
After the conversation, you might need to change the time of day. While tracking the quest, press 
to automatically change the time.
While in the proper window of time, speak to the Elderly Man again.
Talk to the Nearby Residents / Listen to the Staff’s conversation (Continue Inquiring)
Approach the two people talking just north of you.
Then, turn around and approach the two women talking on the other side of the phone booth.
Continue the reasoning
This objective changes automatically after you finish the last objective. It also automatically triggers a cutscene.
No matter what option you choose, the Appraiser will tell you if you’re wrong and just wait for you to make the correct choice. To save time, choose “Between 22:00 and 5:00” to continue.
Stake out near the Trash Can (Wait for Opportunity)
Since the time of day likely doesn’t line up, press to change the time.
Head back down the alley to the north toward 2-Four.
At 2-Four, turn left.
Check the Trash Can Near the Convenience Store (Amazing Ambush)
Go interact with the trash can in the alley that you first interacted with at the beginning of this quest.
Check the Trash Can at the Graffiti Wall (Act at the Right Time)
Now, head back to the second trash can that you investigated in this quest, going north and up the stairs once again.
Check the Trash Can in the Alley (Continue Investigating)
Head back downstairs back the way you came and go back into the alley just to the right of the Coffee Shop.
Check the Trash Can in Front of the Stairs (Stand Ready)
Head southwest again to the trash can where that Elderly Man was standing.
Confront the Suspicious Person (Glimpse of Truth)
Approach the man standing at the trash can.
Check the situation at the Convenience Store (Revisit)
Another time change is needed here. Press to automatically make the change.
Now, head back to 2-Four for the final time in this quest.
Talk to Eric (Proper Garbage Sorting)
Interact with Eric again. Select the dialogue option “About that guy who keeps dumping Fluffys everywhere” to progress the quest.
This finishes Fluffy Incident side quest in NTE (Neverness to Everness).
