In Chapter 1 of One Piece Odyssey you will come to a room with 2 electric coils inside the Thunderhead Ruins B2F. There are 2 blocked doors here and a third blocked door upstairs.
It can seem like these yellow gates are bugged or you’re stuck but it’s just a bit tricky. This is the room with the two coils:
You must backtrack the way you came, go back through the 2 tunnels with Chopper, all the way to the first electric coil that has lightning going to it on the floor. Interact with the blue button on that coil to turn the floor-switch. This redirects the electricity to the other door:
Now go through that door (it’s the third door from before) and head back downstairs to the room with the two coils. Here interact with the two coils until the two floor-switches redirect the electricity to the doors. See the solution images below:
After this the doors open and you can proceed with exploring the Thunderhead Ruins. The door that leads to the next story objective is the one on the left.
