Silent Hill Townfall contains 15 Strange Postcard locations. Finding all Strange Postcards unlocks the Blur Your Eyes trophy/achievement.
Strange Postcards are found throughout the game only while playing as Simon, and progress toward picking them up is saved between playthroughs. When you start a new playthrough they are already collected in your Document inventory, they don’t reset like other collectibles. They are intended as hints toward the Sci-fi ending, but aren’t required to trigger the ending.

Area: Shorefront District – South
West of Town Square (5) at the end of the road, enter the store VIDEO STAR (1) and this is on the counter.
Chapter 4. Searching for Zoe

Area: Shorefront District – South
Go through the south entrance of St. Amelia Park then turn left. Enter the back alley behind the building labelled (3) and this is on the ground beside a dumpster.

In the north part of the map after St. Amelia Park, go to the west end of Farrow Street and this is stuck to the wall.

Inside the apartment building south of the building numbered (14), go up to the second floor into apartment 1/2, and it is at the end of the bed on the ground in the southeast room.

Chapter 6: Journey to Medical

In the alleyway west of the phone booth in The Wynds, down a stairwell beside some boots.

On the ground floor of the apartment, go out the back door (away from the Medical Center) and this is in the last shed on the left.

Immediately at the start of the chapter in the X-Ray room on the counter at the back. Use code 7103 to enter the room.

Inside room 08, open the medical cabinet on the wall and this is inside.

Chapter 9: Begin Again

After walking down the street of bodies, at the split in the road instead of going left which is to progress, go to the right toward the dead end. Just past the body hanging on the light there is an alley between two buildings you can enter. Go through the two gates into the yard behind the building and this is in the shed on a shelf.

Area: Clara Woods Estate > Upper Level
In the upper floor apartment, go to the bedroom on the back left from the entrance, and this is in the drawer in the dresser.
Strange Postcard #12
Area: Clara Woods Estate > Ground Level
In the store window opposite Atlas Computers, break the window and pick this up from the table inside.
Strange Postcard #13
Area: Clara Woods Estate > Upper Level
In the Overpass area in the southeast corner, at the dead end on the ground beside a metal cart.
Strange Postcard #14
Area: Clara Woods Estate > Upper Level
In the Upper Brae house, switch the tape to Tape: Tomorrow. Go downstairs and out the back door using the Back Door Key. Walk down the alley and crouch into the shed where this is on the table.
Part 6: Simon
Strange Postcard #15
Area: CEG HQ (Different)
After opening a vent door after a short ladder, you enter another section of pipe. To reach the postcard, turn RIGHT and then LEFT at the 4 way split, and the postcard is on the ground in a dead end.
