Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has 23 Photo Ops locations. These collectibles are needed for 100% District completion and unlock the trophy New York, New York. The first Photo Op is automatically completed during Main Quest: 03: Show Me New York, then they can be completed at any time while playing as either Peter or Miles. These are marked on the map in defogged areas, or when the entire district is defogged at the second district level.
Photo Ops require you to go to the specified location, and then find the correct thing to take a picture of. Most involve taking a photo of the obviously unique people, items, or environment in the area. None of them are missable, they can still be found after the story in free-roam.

Take a photo of the people inside the water tower. To take this picture you can stand on the top edge and look directly down into it.

Take a photo of the group of people in front of the sand hand.
Photo Op #7: Champion of Champions
Take a photo of the man in front of the hotdog statue.

Take a photo of the Jirji’s Hummus storefront.

Take a photo of the group barbeque beside the baseball fields.

Take a photo of the tennis players on the rooftop court. This photo is most easily taken by being on the next level up of the roof.

Take a photo of the man standing beside the path with tables and signs.
Photo Op #14: To the Beat
Take a photo of the breakdancers in front of the stage.
Upper West Side – 1 Photo Op
Photo Op #15: Kinda Fanboys
Take a photo of the two guys in Spider-Man masks being filmed on the rooftop.
Midtown – 2 Photo Ops

Take a photo of the protesters in front of the Oscorp building.

Take a photo of the man in the top hat in front of the building.
Hell’s Kitchen – 1 Photo Op

Apparently Photo Op #7: Champion of Champions is not available right before the point of no return. At least it wasn’t for me. (It was nighttime then and the guy simply wasn’t there.) But don’t panic, he reappeared after finishing the story.
