The Searing Sands contains 5 Collectible Locations in Tales of Kenzera: Zau. This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in The Searing Sands Region in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Nothing is missable, everything can be collected after the story.

When you first visit the area in the story, you may still be missing the unlockable Ability needed to reach some collectibles. This walkthrough is intended for use during the story. Only some collectibles require specific Abilities. Return to these once you have them.
Collectibles Overview:
#1 – Echo 1 (The Joy Within Pain): a bit after the start of third region, you’ll come across a destructible fire platform on the floor which you can shatter with the Tawa ability. Shatter it and continue through the newly open path to find this Echo at the very end.
#2 – Echo 2 (The Field of Bones): immediately after obtaining the new Kabili ability, soar up the first updraft, but don’t go left after the second one. Instead, glide right to find this Echo on a hidden ledge.
#3 – Echo 3 (A Curse of Envy): after leaving the cave with the newfound ability, continue left until you find the next updraft leading you to this Echo.
#4 – Trinket (Augmented Spirit): as you make your way up in the Searing Sands, you will come across the symbol for the challenge leading to this Trinket. Complete the platforming challenge to obtain this.
#5 – Reflection: immediately after the start of the Trinket challenge, basically on the section above it.
