This can be done on the tower at the very end of the game.
The last few minutes of the story take place on top of a tower. Here you will get attacked by some enemy beasts. There are 7 beasts in total. Just jump on them and climb in their feathers a little bit. Jump on all 7 beasts and the trophy will unlock.
