On the Wink of Destruction is unlocked after completing Main Quest 8: The Son of a Witch.

Requirement: having completed Main Quest 8: The Son of a Witch.
Recommended Level: 40
Reward: 32039 XP, $156325, Rare Ring “Insight Ring of the Knowing Grin”
Mission Info: Save the Cyclops. save the city’s water supply. The stakes are high on this one.
Objectives:
- Close the outflow channels x2
- Kill mean cyclops bullies & Close the outflow channels x2
- Return to Sully
- Give Sully a tug
- Find Sully’s body
- Flood the chamber
- Return to Sully
- Follow Sully
- Lower water level
- Descend into the ruins
- Kill inhabitants
- Enter treasure room
- Take crown
- GET OUT THERE! / Optional Objective: …Without dying
- Leave ruins
- Kill meanie cyclops
- Give Sully the crown
Starting Location: On the Wink of Destruction
This quest is started in Sunfang Oasis.
Close the outflow channels x2
Just turn around and to your left is the first lever.
Kill mean cyclops bullies & Close the outflow channels x2
Some cyclops will appear, kill them.
Now look on the other side, you will see the second lever.
Return to Sully
After you pulled the second lever, you can return to Sully.
Give Sully a tug
Press 
and get Sully out of the wall.
Find Sully’s body
Sully’s body is inside the temple.
Flood the chamber
To get out of the chamber you need to flood it. Pull the lever.
Return to Sully
Simply return to him.
Follow Sully
Follow Sully deeper into the chamber.
Lower water level
Lower the water level with the lever.
Descend into the ruins
Just jump down there.
Kill inhabitants
Kill the enemies so you can enter the treasure room.
Enter treasure room
Just enter the treasure room.
Take crown
Take the crown once inside the chamber.
GET OUT THERE! / Optional Objective: …Without dying
Well… get out there. To get the optional objective you are not allowed to die. If you even touch the water, you will die. Take the left route. If you die you will simply respawn upstairs and can skip to the next objective.
Leave ruins
After you left the treasure room, leave the ruins entirely.
Kill meanie cyclops
Outside of the temple kill some meanie cyclops.
Give Sully the crown
Now give Sully the crown.
