Ihen-a Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is found in Lanayru region, at Mipha Court.
Ihen-a Shrine Location
You find this Shrine in Lanayru > Ploymus Mountain > Mipha Court. You go there during Main Quest: Sidon of the Zora.
Ihen-a Shrine Solution
This Shrine is about “Midair Perch”, you must use Flying Stone zonai devices to get past obstacles. Hitting these green flying stones activates their battery which makes them stay in a fixed position in midair. When the battery runs out, the stones will fall down and must recharge. Then you can attack them again to trigger the battery and place them in the air with Ultrahand.
1. Use Ultrahand to stack the 4 green stones on top of each other. Then climb up the stones and jump up the ledge at the end of the room.
2. On the right side of the room is a big metal grate. Hit the green stone to activate it, then place it in the in the middle of the gap. Now attach the metal grate on top of the flying stone. It will stay in the air, you can jump on the grate and use it as a bridge to walk across.
3. Use Ultrahand to grab the floating bridge you just created. Carry it to the next gap at the end of the room. Then put it over this gap in an angle facing upward. You can now jump on it and walk up.
4. Grab your flying bridge again and take it with you to the next room. Place it over the big gap and also take the other flying stones in this room and add them at the end as an extension. This will make the bridge long enough that you can cross the gap.
5. Attach the small ball to a flying stone. Place it in front of the ram in the right corner, then hit the orange crystal. The ram will push the flying stone (with ball on top of it) over the gap. Now simply jump over, grab the ball with Ultrahand and insert it on the floor.
This opens the door to the end of the shrine. Interact with the green altar for 1 Light of Blessing. It also restores your health and unlocks the shrine as a permanent fast travel point.
For all other Shrines refer to Zelda Tears of the Kingdom All Shrines.
