Game Info

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced is a full Remake of the original 2013 game Assassin’s Creed IV. The new 2026 release comes with upgraded graphics, various changes and new content. There are some new items needed for 100% completion, and others have changed locations. The map coordinates are also different from the original, making old guides no longer applicable. The map design itself also looks largely different with a more modern design like the recent Assassin’s Creed games. Most collectibles get marked automatically when you synchronize the viewpoints on each island. Nothing is missable, you can still fast travel everywhere after the story, but the mission replay has been removed entirely in the Remake. If you want to replay anything, it’s advised to keep a manual save at the start of each Sequence. There are 20 manual save slots, accessed by pressing the Touchpad (PS5) on the map screen. You can clean up all collectibles and trophies in free-roam after the story. Some locations and collectibles are gated behind story progress, so if you can’t go somewhere it requires more story progress. You can expect around 50 hours playtime for 100% completion.
