Pick up the bottle in the sand on the west end of the beach.

Open the chest on the second floor of the manor.

Open the chest in the center of the area, by the watchtower.

#4 – Painting (“Merry Company”)
Grab the key to the warehouse off the corpse on the rocks near the crocodile.

Once you have the key, unlock the warehouse.

Climb onto the pillar and line up the larger circle with the tree on the left to reveal the location.

Underwater just off the beach on the east.
