Underwater by the shipwreck debris.

On the ground near the collapsed trees. Once you approach it, it’ll start flying away. Chase it down and it’ll eventually stop for you to pick it up.
#3 – Chest (Money)
On a small cliff near the camp. You can get up there by parkouring across the trees.

Inside the room on the second floor of the manor.

Get the key to the warehouse from the enemy, either by looting his body or pickpocketing it.
Solution: Isla Providencia (487, 11) – a little south from the southmost viewpoint, in the sand at the shoreline below 3 palm trees. Isla Providencia is only accessible after reaching Sequence 08 – Mission 03: Marooned.
Go to the warehouse and unlock the door.

Inside a tent guarded by enemies.
#11 – Song Sheet (“Stormalong John”)
On the ground by all the tents. Once you approach it, it’ll start flying away. Chase it down and it’ll eventually stop for you to pick it up.

On the roof of a building. Once you approach it, it’ll start flying away. Chase it down and it’ll eventually stop for you to pick it up.

Under the awning behind the Tavern.

Accepted from the man at the docks.
Go to the location marked on the map and you’ll need to sink the British fleet, which consists of 5 ships. If you sink 2 of them using a mortar, you’ll get a bonus 600 Reales. After sinking the fleet, you’ll get your reward.
#27 – Assassin Contract 1 – The Pirate Captain
Accepted from the pigeon coop.
Make your way over to his location and he’ll be the enemy attacking the wooden post. If you kill him from a stalking zone, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.
#28 – Assassin Contract 2 – The Outlaws
Accepted from the pigeon coop.
Make your way over to his location and he’ll be the larger enemy walking around. If you kill him with a rope dart, you’ll earn an extra 500 Reales. Once he’s dead, you’ll get your reward.

Quests & Local Events
Upton Travers (Templar Hunt)
Unlocks after completing Sequence 4, Memory 1 “This Old Cove”. Completing this questline will reward you with a Templar Key.
Black Market Shopping (Local Event)
Pickpocket the merchant and you’ll get rewarded with the Deity Figurine Art Piece.
A Moment of Freedom (Local Event)
Talk to the man drinking by the campfire and once he’s done talking he’ll reward you with the Turkish Copper Field Flask Art Piece.
Visitor of the Poor (Local Event)
Pickpocketing the merchant will reward you with Reales.
