Location:

• Liurnia of the Lakes: Frenzied Flame Village – In the first building in the middle of the village.

Frenzied’s Cookbook [2]

Location:

• Leyndell, Royal Capital: Cathedral of the Forsaken – after defeating boss “Mohg, the Omen” in the sewers under the Royal Capital, interact with the altar behind the boss and it will open a secret path, with a bunch of platforming leading further down. The book is found on a corpse on this platforming path.
