Onimusha Way of the Sword contains 53 Power Stone locations. Power Stones are upgrade materials, needed to fully upgrade all skills for the Well-Rounded trophy & achievement. You can find enough Power Stones on the first playthrough to upgrade everything but you won’t get enough Oni Stones in one playthrough to fully upgrade the Gauntlet. Your skills carry over into New Game+ and you can collect the upgrade materials again for the last upgrades.
You can still free-roam and find all collectibles up until the Point of No Return before the final mission “The Clash At Rendaino”. If you keep a manual save from this point, then you can still clean up everything from there.
