Onimusha Way of the Sword contains 54 Power Stone locations. Power Stones are upgrade materials, needed to fully upgrade all skills for the Well-Rounded trophy & achievement. You can find enough Power Stones on the first playthrough to upgrade everything in one playthrough to fully upgrade your skills. Your skills carry over into New Game + and you can collect the upgrade materials again for the last upgrades if you missed any.
You can still free-roam and find all collectibles up until the Point of No Return before the final mission “The Clash At Rendaino”. If you keep a manual save from this point, then you can still clean up everything from there.

Kiyomizu-dera Temple
Power Stone 1 – Located in a chest in the Oni Refuge.
Head to the location above and locate the chest on a small island. Look between the land you are on and the small island and you will see a bridge you can shoot with an arrow to raise. Once risen, head over the bridge and open the chest:

Power Stone #2 + #3 – Reward for completing ‘The Silent Gauntlet’.
Power Stone #4 – Reward for completing “Careful What you Wish For”.
