Striking the Anvil is a Side Quest in Assassin’s Creed Origins. This walkthrough shows how to complete the quest.

Reward: 500 XP + item of your choice
Objectives:
- Find and get Benipe’s tools
- Find and kill the captain
- Return to Benipe
- Choose a weapon
Talk to Benipe the Blacksmith of Siwa – he reports that his tools were confiscated and that he cannot work without them. Benipe will tell you where the commander who took them is located: at Camp Shetjeh, just a little south of your current location.
Once again, it’s very helpful to scout the area from above using Senu. Use your companion to mark all enemies and chests in the camp. Most enemies are scattered around a bit, but there are usually three soldiers sitting together in the same house for a while. One objective is to kill the captain whose level is just a bit higher than the other soldiers around. If you are stealthy and approach him from behind, it won’t be a problem at all. By the time you have “cleaned up” outside, they most likely will have split up.
After you got rid of all foes in the area, it’s time to loot the three chests in the area. One is needed for this quest, while the other two will add to your total completion rate. When you’re finished looting the area, return to Benipe and talk to him. He will be grateful for his tools and lets you choose an item of your choice (bow, spear, shield or mace) as a gift.
