Introduction

Welcome to the Battlefield 6 REDSEC (Battle Royale) DLC Trophy Guide! REDSEC is the free-to-play Battle Royale mode released with Season 1 of Battlefield 6 on October 28, 2025. Unlike the main game anyone is free to download and play, and includes two Battle Royale modes and the mission-based squad mode Gauntlet.

Battle Royale Quads and Duos are like traditional BR games – you drop in with either two or four players (at launch there’s no solo mode and the game forces you to play with either two or four players, it will matchmake any empty spots) and fight against other squads of players to be the last alive in a shrinking area. Unique from most other BR games is that there are missions you can accept during matches that require you to complete various objectives, such as breaking into a safe or aiming radar together, which award higher level items when completed successfully.

Gauntlet is a four player squad mode where you start out playing against 7 other squads in a series of different rounds, emulating some traditional multiplayer modes that require you to do things such as capturing objective points or defeating marked enemies. There are a total of 4 rounds in a match, with the two lowest scoring squads being eliminated each round, with the final two squads facing each other in the final round to decide the match.

Step 1: Battle Royale

These steps can be completed in either order, but each mode has different trophies that can be earned, with more of them occurring in Battle Royale. In either the duos or quads mode you need to play a total of 74 matches, deploy 42 call-ins, loot 10 Superior or Custom items, ping 1 shotgun, and complete a total of 214 missions. Then for wins specifically you need to win 1 match in either Duos or Quads with your full squad alive, then a total of 7 wins in Duos.

Step 2: Gauntlet

The only trophy that is specific to the Gauntlet mode is to play a total of 125 rounds, but the remaining grind trophies that can be completed in either mode are much easier in Gauntlet, so you will also need to stun enemies a total of 316 times, revive a total of 1988 teammates, and collect 9 dogtags from enemy players. Progress from both modes counts toward these totals, so you will likely earn progress toward them while completing the Battle Royale specific requirements.

Note for all trophies there currently isn’t a way to track totals toward them in-game, outside of the number of revives that is shown in your Profile. Unfortunately, this total is also shared with normal multiplayer, so if you are finished with normal multiplayer and want an idea of how many revives you earn in Battle Royale and Gauntlet you should note the number you have before you start working on these trophies.

May the Odds Forever Be in Your Favor
Play 74 matches in any version of Battle Royale.
Bronze
This trophy is awarded for playing a total of 74 matches in either Battle Royale Quads or Duos. This can be wins or losses, as long as your squad either dies completely or you win the match.
Here’s Your Birthday Present
Deploy 42 call-ins.
Bronze
This trophy is awarded for using a total of 42 call-ins during Battle Royale matches. Call-ins are items that you can pick up that allow you to do things like drop ammo or armor crates on your location, summon UAVs for a short period, or drop artillery strikes on a location that you mark. They can be found regularly inside rare chests, or from the reward crates after completing missions. To use them press :l1: + :r1: , then either throw the marking grenade or use the laser spotter to deploy the call-in.
Collector
Loot 10 Superior or Custom items.
Bronze
This trophy is awarded for looting a total of 10 Superior or Custom items during Battle Royale matches. Superior items are ones that appear as Gold, whereas Custom items will appear as Red. Superior items are either the Vehicle Key Card that can be obtained from completing certain missions, or the Intel XP pickups that can be found around some buildings or in hidden spots. Custom items are the weapons that can be acquired from the Custom Weapon Drop that will appear during matches, landing in a marked spot and allowing you to pick one of the weapons you have marked as favourite in the weapons menu with the exact same attachments you’ve set up on it.

Currently it is possible to earn this trophy by repeatedly picking up your starting pistol after dropping it, as this counts as a Custom weapon. Pick up two other weapons so that you drop your pistol, then keep swapping one of the weapons with the pistol on the ground over and over until the trophy unlocks.

Stone Cold
Stun enemies 316 times in Battle Royale or Gauntlet.
Bronze
This trophy is awarded for stunning enemies a total of 316 times in Gauntlet or any Battle Royale mode. Stunning enemies is most easily done with the Stun Grenade which is a throwable that can be equipped on the Assault class, and is therefore most easily done in Gauntlet matches, as whenever you respawn during a round you get your throwable items back if you aren’t having them replenished by someone running Support class.

You can also find Stun Grenades during BR matches, but they aren’t that common relative to all other grenades, so you are better off going for this during Gauntlet matches.

Rise from Your Grave
Revive teammates 1988 times in Battle Royale or Gauntlet.
Bronze
This trophy is awarded for reviving teammates a total of 1988 times in Battle Royale and Gauntlet matches. Reviving functions the same as it does in normal multiplayer matches, where you can hold :square: to drag and then revive any squadmate, or if you are playing on the Support class in Gauntlet you can use the Defibrillator gadget if you have it equipped to instantly revive a downed player. During BR matches it is also possible to find the Defibrillator as a pickup from chests, as the Support class doesn’t start with it during BR matches.

While specifically going for this trophy it is recommended to be playing in Gauntlet matches. Because Gauntlet functions somewhat like a normal multiplayer match your team continually respawns during rounds, providing you with many more opportunities to perform revives and keep your team alive than you do in BR matches.

Army of Two
Win 7 matches in Battle Royale: Duos.
Silver
This trophy is awarded for winning a total of 7 matches in Battle Royal: Duos. Duos mode has you and one other player against 49 other squads in a BR match, trying to be the winning squad. While playing in Duos you will want to make sure to always stay with your teammate, as you will be very quickly killed on your own.

If you have access to it wins count in the Initiation Battle Royale mode in the Training Grounds section at the bottom of the main menu. This is a tutorial mode where you are intended to play with other low level players in a match that only includes up to 16 real players, then is filled to 48 total players with bots. Currently it seems all players can access this mode even if they are above player level 10, which makes getting wins much easier.

Never-Ending Game
Play 125 rounds of Gauntlet.
Bronze
This trophy is awarded for playing a total of 125 rounds in Gauntlet mode.

NOTE: It is currently unknown whether this means playing a total of 125 matches, or 125 individual missions within Gauntlet matches.

Everybody Fights, Nobody Quits
Win a Battle Royale match as a full squad with total squad survival.
Bronze
This trophy is awarded for winning a Battle Royale match with your entire squad alive at the end of the match, either in Duos or Quads. Because this works in both modes it is much easier to do in Duos, as you only have your single teammate to worry about, and they are much less likely to run off on their own, or if you are playing with randoms get downed and then leave the match. You are allowed to die and then respawn from second chance, as long as your whole squad is alive at the end of the match.

Wins count in the Initiation Battle Royale mode all the way down in the Community section. This is a “tutorial” mode where you are intended to play with other low level players in a match that only includes up to 16 real players, then is filled to 48 total players with bots. At the time of the game’s launch, it seems all players can access this mode even if they are above player level 10, which makes getting wins much easier.

Mission Accepted
Complete 214 missions in any version of Battle Royale.
Bronze
This trophy is awarded for completing a total of 214 missions during Battle Royale matches. Missions are optional objectives that will appear during matches that you accept by opening the map, then selecting one of the available missions. Completing missions requires you to complete objectives like finding bolt cutters and opening a safe, aiming two radar points together, or capturing a marked location. Completing missions awards XP as well as items such as call-ins. If you fail a mission by either not doing the objective quick enough once you start or running out the time you can accept another after a short period.

When accepting missions you need to be mindful of things such as the distance to the mission objective that will be shown to you in the menu, as well as the stated difficulty. The menu will say “PVP RISK” if other players are in the area of the mission objective, meaning you will likely run into them if you accept that mission. Some missions such as collecting data will require you to go to two separate points that will be very hard to both reach by yourself in the time limit, so you will likely need teammate help to complete these. If you are with other players who don’t seem interested in helping with the missions you are better off always trying for the ones such as opening a safe with bolt cutters, as these require you to go to a specific point to pick up the bolt cutters, then go to the safe to open it, which can easily be completed by yourself if you don’t run into any other enemies along the way.

Dog of War
Collect 9 dog tags in Battle Royale or Gauntlet.
Bronze
The trophy is awarded for acquiring 9 dog tags from enemies in Gauntlet or Battle Royale. Like in normal multiplayer, you can acquire dog tags by killing an enemy with a takedown. This can be either done by meleeing someone from behind, or more easily by downing someone, then running up and looking at them and pressing melee while they are on the ground to finish them off and collect their dog tag.
Mozambique Here!
Ping a Shotgun in Battle Royale.
Bronze
This trophy is awarded for pinging any shotgun during a Battle Royale match. You can ping weapons or other items by looking at them and pressing :l1: which marks their location to your teammates. Do this with any shotgun to earn this trophy.

As far as I understand currently not really. You could set up Portal matches of BR but they need 50 real players to start.

Gauntlet rounds, it seems to be individual missions, so you can do 4 per game ideally. I assume that because my trophy popped once I reached 3rd mission in a game

Extremely bad trophy list. The revive one alone (without boosting) will comfortably take hundreds of hours of pure luck
