Preventing the Terminal Fort Knot voidout is related to an optional boss encounter in Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. Defeating this boss requires interacting with the optional facility “The Ghost Hunter”, being required to max out their connection level, along with awarding the following trophy:
- Savior of Terminal Fort Knot
– Prevent Terminal Fort Knot from falling victim to a voidout.
Preventing the Terminal Fort Knot Voidout
To prevent the Terminal Fort Knot Voidout, you must first connect and increase the connection level of The Ghost Hunter.

After you have connected them to the network and can make deliveries, you must increase their connection level and hit the cap at around 80% towards level 5. The Ghost Hunter is one of the unique facilities in that they have Sub Orders that must be completed for each level, so you must first complete Sub Orders 111, 112, and 113 which allow you to progress through connection levels 2 – 4. Once you hit the cap in level 4, you will receive an SSS message and then can go to their location to pick up Sub Order 114.
This Sub Order requires you to save Terminal Fort Knot from suffering a voidout. Make sure you set yourself up with a number of weapons such as rocket launchers and machine guns, and bring some EX Capture Grenades. Make your way to the marked location on the shore near Terminal Fort Knot, then you will be required to walk further into the tar area with the broken structures. Once you reach the location, a Gigas will appear, the giant human shaped BT that was also fought as a boss in the first game.
It will generally attack by shooting tracking projectiles toward you that are pulled out of the ground, so to avoid this try to always have a friendly BT summoned to distract the boss. Kheir is the best overall, as it can dish out a ton of damage while hitting the boss from far away.
Once the boss drops into red health it is possible to capture it with an EX Capture Grenade if you can hit it in the “head”.
Once the BT is defeated you will earn the trophy Savior of Terminal Fort Knot 
. Make sure to return to The Ghost Hunter to turn in the Sub Order and complete their connection level.

Quest is broken for me. Cant get sub order 114 to appear. Ive completed the main story, qpid is off, done all deliveries and orders, and he is stuck at almost 5 stars. Ive seen no lost cargo for him either.

I would of agreed with you but I actually wanted to test further. So you can do the standards multiple times and you literally have to be a sliver away from 5 stars before it pops. Just got it to pop for me and I was in the same boat. Keep repeating standards.

When is the point of no return for missing the final request from The Ghost Hunter?
I have done all 4 of the previous quests for the character but can’t remember if I got to 80% as I am going to the last location.

Hello guys, i need help upgrading Motherhood to 5 stars, it ia stuck with almost 3 stars,,,, i delivery ALL itens, from and to her, ALL missions of The doctor, already finish The game,,,,,,, almost ALL bases is 5 stars, but The doctor base is stucked , i dont know what to do anymore
