Here you can find a complete Tormented Souls 2 Walkthrough for the Good Ending with all Puzzles, Key Items, Collectibles, and Trophies. Everything needed for 100% completion is included.

This walkthrough shows the best route through the game, which also comes in handy when you do a Speedrun. Tormented Souls 2 is a very puzzle-heavy game. You can expect your first playthrough to take around 6 hours with the help of this walkthrough, or 10-12 hours without.

General Tips

  • Whenever you knock down an enemy, use a melee weapon to finish it off to conserve ammo. If there is a big group of enemies, then this isn’t recommended.
  • Try to take advantage of traps in the area to kill enemies for you as they will instantly kill any enemy it hits, which will also help you save ammo in the long run.
  • Weapons like the Shotgun, Crossbow, and Hand Cannon all hit in a big range and deal a lot of damaging, so you can use this to your advantage and kill multiple enemies with 1 shot if you can line it up correctly, which will save you more ammo.
  • The Chainsaw and completely stunlock any enemy as long as you keep attacking with it, so they can’t fight back. This is extremely useful against the larger enemies that take a lot of ammo since the Chainsaw isn’t that useful in many other situations. It’s not recommended to use the Chainsaw if there is more than 1 enemy however.
  • The Sledgehammer can also be a very helpful weapon for conserving ammo as it will stun most enemies after you hit them it. The wind up and recovery time is long however, so it’s not recommended to use this if there is more than 1 enemy unless you can hit them both at the same time. When attacking an enemy with the Sledgehammer, you’ll want to wait until the enemy gets back up from the ground and starts moving again before you hit them with the Sledgehammer or else they’ll be immune to the stun and hit you during your recovery.
  • Use your dodge often as it has invincibility frames and can be very helpful for avoiding attacks. Especially from bosses.
  • Save often. You get more than enough Recording Tapes throughout the game, even on Tormented Difficulty to save very regularly to prevent major progress loss if you accidentally die.
  • Save the Hand Cannon for the final boss fight. The boss dies in 2 shots of the Hand Cannon on Standard difficulty when shooting its weak spot, and it will also one-shot the tentacles. This will make the final fight faster and safer.

Convent

After the first cutscenes end, exit out the door and follow the hallway straight across until you reach a double door at the end, then go through.

After waking up you’ll be in the Infirmary. Pick up the Holy Bible to the right of the hospital bed near the locked gate, and pick up the Thumb Tack off the bulletin board in the other part of the room. Examine the Holy Bible and combine the Thumb Tack on Jesus’ left hand to open the book and get the Flower Bud Key. Use the Flower Bud Key on the locked gate and go up the stairs. You can earn a trophy right now, :bronze: Death by walking all the way into the dark and standing in it until you die. You’ll have to redo this section again however, so if you want to wait until after you save, you can do that. You’ll then want to push the trolley away from the door and go through to end the South Corridor 2F and unlock :bronze: Escape.

Go down the hallway and go to the left, then pick up Anna’s Sketchbook off the lectern. Enter the Matron’s Office next to it. This is a safe room, so you can pick up the Recording Tape in the locker, as well as a First Aid Kit off the table. Since your health is at Danger levels, you should use it now to heal. You’ll also want to grab the Pliers out of the chest at the back of the room, then save the game if you wish. Exit back out to the South Corridor 2F and go to the opposite end of the hallway. The lights will start shutting off behind you, so move quickly and then enter the Bell Tower. Go all the way down the stairs, being careful of the lights that shut off behind you. Interact with the hanging corpse and use the Pliers on the cage to get the Lighter. Equip the Lighter and go back through the door to the South Corridor 2F. Go back into the Infirmary and go down the area where it was dark. Pick up Sister Miriam’s Diary 3 off the table and the Povidone out of the cabinet. Go back outside into the South Corridor 2F and go to the end of the hall go through the door to the Library. Go down the ladder and pick up the Convent Map off the table. Pick up the Painkillers in the connecting hallway then exit into the North Corridor 1F.

Follow the hallway to the left and pick up Sister Miriam’s Diary 2 off the table and then enter the Guest Room. Pick up the Recording Tape out of the chest. You can also use the dresser here to change your outfit to unlock :bronze: Fashion. Exit back into the North Corridor 1F and head towards the Lady Chapel you were going towards at the start of the game. After the cutscene, turn the power to the elevator on. Go back to the center of the area and go down the elevator. Enter the little closet and pick up the Nails. Follow the room all the way to the end and pick up the Painkillers off the trolley, then backtrack and go through the door into the Basement. Once in the Basement, an enemy will spawn as soon as you walk out. Run down the hallway, making sure to light all the candles on your way to the Workshop and go inside. Pick up the Nails, Compressed Air Canister, and the Nailer Frame. Combine the Nailer Frame and the Compressed Air Canister to get the Nailer and unlock :bronze: Femme Fatale. Flip the lever in the room to activate the lights, then go back into the Basement. Equip the Nailer and kill the enemy that chased you. Open the chest in the intersection to get some Nails then keep going forward. Another enemy will burst through the game that you’ll need to kill. Go through the gate he went through and enter the Crematorium, being careful of the trap there. Open the locker to get some Nails, then pick up the Hammer off the corpse. Go back up the elevator to North Corridor 1F. You can use the Hammer to break the urns in the hallway near the Lady Chapel for a chance of getting items, then go to the door leading to the Cloister and use the Hammer on the lock to break it.

Use the Hammer to break the urns blocking your path, then kill the 3 enemies in the area. 1 in the middle, and 2 under the gallows. Interact with the lever on the gallows to drop the corpse. Break the urn in the center area, then pick up the Nails on the stepladder leading to the area under the gallows. Go under the gallows and use the Pliers on the Handsaw Blade to get it. Break the urns in the east pathway then enter the South Corridor 1F. Pick up Sister Miriam’s Diary 1 off the table ahead. Go up the small flight of stairs to the left and pick up the Nails. Flip the lever to turn the lights on then go down the stairs. Open the locker and pick up the Povidone and unlock the door leading to the Basement. Afterwards go back upstairs and go down the other path then flip the lever to turn on the lights. Break the nearby urns and then go up the small flight of stairs ahead. A new enemy type will spawn here that you’ll need to kill, it can spit acid so be careful. Once it’s dead break the urns that were near it then unlock the door leading to the Bell Tower and go inside. Go to the very top of the Bell Tower and break the urns blocking your path. Pick up the Shotgun Shells off the table at the top then go up the ladder. Attack the bells with the Hammer in this order: North, West, East, South. The glass case in the center should shatter, letting you pick up the Shotgun.

After getting the Shotgun, equip it and go back down the ladder. You’ll have 2 enemies rush you from the stairs, which you should take out with the Shotgun as it should kill them both in 1 shot, as long as they’re standing together. Go back down to the South Corridor 1F and then enter the Kitchen. The acid spitting enemy will then spawn behind you, which you’ll need to kill. Once he’s dead, go into the small closet and flip the lever to turn the lights on, then open the locker to get some Nails. Enter the Refectory and run to the other side of the room to flip the lever and turn the lights on and then pick up the Painkillers nearby. This will cause an enemy to spawn nearby for you to kill. Break all the urns in the room, then go to the left side of the room and move the shelf to reveal a hidden room with the Handsaw Frame inside. Combine the Handsaw Frame with the Handsaw Blade to get the Handsaw. Go back to the Kitchen and open the freezer. Use the Handsaw on the Frozen Hand to get it. Go to the stove and open it up, then use the Lighter to light the wood, then use the Frozen Hand on the burner to get the Cryptex.

Go through the Refectory and enter the Calefactory. Pick up the Chess Board Mat off the table and the First Aid Kit out of the display near the stairs. Open the chest at the bottom of the stairs to get Recording Tape, then break the urn and unlock the door leading back to North Corridor 1F. Examine the Cryptex and you’ll need to flip the dials show it shows the correct chess pieces. You’ll then get the Crown Key.

Go to the Basement and head towards the north area. An acid spitting enemy will spawn and you can try to bait him towards the trap by the Crematorium to kill him with it and unlock :bronze: Crucifixion. If you don’t get it here, you’ll have other chances to get it as well. With the enemy dead, unlock the gate with the Crown Key and enter the Prison. Run to the end of the area and enter the Jailor’s Room. Pick up Sister Angelica’s Notepad 2 off the stepladder, the Recording Tape out of the locker, and the Shotgun Shells off the bench. Exit back out into the Prison and use the Pliers on the fusebox to get Wire. Open the fusebox and flip the switches in the correct order. After they’re correctly aligned, go into the other section and flip the lever to unlock all the cells. Make sure you also flip the lever by the entrance to turn the lights on.

After all the cells are unlocked, open the first cell on the right and pick up the Nails. Ignore the cell with the enemy pulling on the bars unless you just want to kill him since his cell is empty. Follow the path and enter the open cell and quickly light the candle before switching to a weapon and killing the enemy that comes behind you. After he’s dead, pick up the Symbol Paper. Finally open the last cell at the end and an enemy will come out. Kill him then go inside and pick up the Phone Book Page. Exit and open the cell to the left of the opened cell and pull the bed then enter the Crypts. Take the first left and pick up the Nails. Continue through the area and once in the room with all the jugs, pick up Mother Lucia’s Diary 2. Go to the end of the area and pick up the Cursed Book, then place the Holy Bible where you found it. You’ll now want to leave the entire area and head back to the Crematorium. All the traps in the area will be active now and some enemies will spawn. You can try and take advantage of the traps to kill enemies here as well, which will unlock :bronze: Crucifixion if you haven’t already. Once you’re back at the Crematorium, you’ll get the Museum Key. Go to the South Corridor 1F and head towards the Museum door. There will be 3 enemies here, so you’ll need to kill them first. Interact with the door and use the Museum Key to move the bolts in the correct order. You’ll then be able to move the bar and enter the Museum.

Break the nearby urns, then pick up Sister Miriam’s Diary 4 off the display case. Go downstairs and pick up the Shotgun Shells, Jade Ornament, and Nails in the area behind the stairs, then enter the Torture Museum. Go to the other platform on the other side and pick up Sister Miriam’s Diary 5 off the barrel. Go back down the small stairs and go through the iron chains and pick up the Recording Tape then unlock the door and enter the Basement. Pick up the Rotary Dial off the table then go back into the Torture Museum. Go down the small flight of stairs and interact with the door. Use the Hammer on the lock to break it. Interact with the mirror and use your Lighter on the following candles. It will open a new path and unlock :bronze: Reflection.

Walk out in the center of the area and kill the enemy that tries to attack you. Interact with the stretcher in the center of the room and twist the crank to split the scarecrow. Go out the door on the left side to the Museum (Other Side). Be careful of the traps in the area as there are quite a few. Go behind the stairs and pick up the Painkillers. Go upstairs and kill the enemy, then interact with the angel statue and use the Lighter on the scroll to burn it. Go back to the Torture Museum (Other Side) and go up the other platform and through the hallway and kill the enemy there. Pick up the Painkillers off the table then continue down the hallway into the mirror at the end which which will bring you into a hidden section of the Torture Museum. Follow the hallway into the room and light the candle by the entrance. There will be 3 enemies in this area you’ll need to kill. Once they’re dead, pick up the Shotgun Shells and Painkillers. Then interact with the Bronze Bull and grab the Ornate Stone Heart from inside. Go down the hallway and flip the lever to open the secret passage. Go to the stretcher in the center of the room and pick up the Metal Pipe out of the split corpse and combine it with your Shotgun. Go to the Library and there will be an enemy at the bottom of the ladder to kill. Go up the ladder and use the Rotary Dial on the telephone, then dial “3890*”. A painting will open up and the Jade Disk will be behind it.

Combine the Jade Ornament and the Jade Disk to complete it. You’ll then need to click the squares to rotate it correctly so it makes a perfect square. Then go over to Calefactory and use the Jade Ornament on the Chapter House door to enter it.

Once you enter, you’ll be locked in. Break the urns in the room and then pick up the Nails on the table, then pick up Mother Lucia’s Diary 1 off the table on the other side of the room. Finally, pick up the Plant Sprayer (Empty), which will trigger 3 enemies to spawn from the hole in the center of the room. You’ll need to kill them all in order to get out. Go back to the Museum and use the Stone Ornate Heart on the Angel Statue, then use the Plant Sprayer (Empty) on the bowl of blood. Examine the Plant Sprayer and press the red button on top to pressurize it, then go to the Lady Chapel and use the Plant Sprayer on the arms blocking the door to be able to clear it. There will be a boss fight ahead, so it’s recommended to save before actually entering the Lady Chapel.

Once you enter the Lady Chapel, a boss fight will start. You’ll first need to pick up the 2 Daggers that was stabbed into the corpses on either wall. There will also be some Shotgun Shells there for you to pick up. From there, you’ll need to avoid the bosses attacks and damage her enough until she opens the iron maiden on her head. You’ll then need to run up to her and use the Dagger on one of her eyes. You’ll need to do this twice before she finally goes down and you unlock :bronze: Blasphemous.

After she’s dead, backtrack to the Crematorium before doing anything else and pick up Joseph’s Diary 1 off the table. Go back to the Lady Chapel and pick up the Nails in the small alcove on the left. Go up the stairs and break the urns, then enter the Library. Pick up the Recording Tape as well as the Compressed Air Canister (Small), and combine it with your Nailer. You can also unlock the gate if you wish. Go back through the Lady Chapel and enter the Arcade. Pick up Joseph’s Diary 3 off the bench. Enter the small room on the side and pick up the Povidone off the chair. Go to the end of the room and go through the door to exit out into the Commercial District.

Town

Cross the street and enter the Call Center. Picking up the Recording Tape and Miguel’s Diary 3. Go back out to the Commercial District and open the truck of the nearby car to get Shotgun Shells. Keep going down the street and enter the sidewalk on the left then pick up the Villa Hess Map off the newspaper booth. Walk up to the Train Station door and pick up the Povidone out of the trash bin on the left, then pick up Newspaper 3 off the bench. Keep following the path around the barricade and pick up the Painkillers in the garage ahead, then enter the broken gate into the Butcher Shop. Pick up the Povidone behind the counter then go into the back room. Pick up the Nails off the table in the back, then pick up Miguel’s Diary 4 on the other table near the ladder then go down into the Butcher Shop Cellar. Go to the back and pick up the First Aid Kit behind the dead pigs, and then the Mall Staff Entrance Key off the corpse impaled into the wall. Once you try to leave a pig enemy will spawn. You can’t kill it now, so just keep going until you’re back to the Commercial District. Go to the door directly across from you and use the Mall Staff Entrance Key on it to enter the Mall.

Mall

Go around the staircase and unlock the gate that leads back to the Commercial District, then enter the store on the left. Pick up the Mall Map off the bulletin board behind the counter and the Coil Nails off the ladder. Go up stairs, then go around to the other staircase to go down and enter the Pharmacy. Pick up the Povidone off the shelf behind the counter, then go down the stairs in the back room. Pick up the Instant Photo off the bench, and the Painkillers out of the locker, then go through the door to the Mall Lower Floor. Go through the crack in the wall to get to the Video Rental Store and pick up the Recording Tape off the counter and the Nails behind the armchair. You might have to wiggle the camera around to get the prompt to pick it up. Exit through the gate to get to the Mall Lower Floor again then enter the store straight across from you. Follow it all the way to the end and enter the Hair Salon through the gate. Pick up the Recording Tape off the table and the Coil Nails off the boxes, then exit back into the Mall Lower Floor. Unlock the gate on your left, then keep going forward through the blue door at the end of the hall. Follow the hall to the end and open the chest to get some Nails, then turn the power on. Enemies will now appear in the area as you explore, namely pig enemies so be careful as you explore. Break the urns in the hallway then go through the gate you unlocked. Go to the left and pick up the Coil Nails off the chair then break the urns there as well. Unlock the gate, then enter the bathroom closest to you. Pick up the Automatic Nailer off the corpse, then go back through the Video Rental Store and through the crack in the wall. Break the urns here then go into the Pharmacy. There are 2 enemies at the top for you to kill that will block your path. Interact with the mini fridge and change the colors to the following:

  1. A – Blue
  2. B – Yellow
  3. C – Red

Pick up the First Aid Kit and the Dojo Key. Exit back to the Mall and there will be 3 acid spitting enemies, so be careful. Go up the stairs, then down the other stairs and use the vending machine to get some Nails, then go back up the stairs and use the Dojo Key on the door to open it. Pick up the Shotgun Shells off the chair and the Box Cutter from the bathroom. Once you leave, the enemy in the bathroom will get up. After he’s dead go back outside to the Commercial District. Go to the ringing phone and use the Box Cutter on the tape to pick it up. You can then pick up the Coins from the coin slot. Go back into the Mall and enter the Amusement Arcade in the Mall Lower Floor. Pick up Letter to Zacarias off the counter and use the Coins on the claw machine and guide the claw to the bear that has 1 eye on the far right in the middle to get the Teddy Bear. Examine the Teddy Bear and use the Box Cutter on its stomach to get a Gold Ring.

Exit to the Mall Lower Floor and use the Gold Ring on the chained up body’s left hand, and he’ll disappear. You can then go through the door behind him to enter the Backstreets. Pick up Miguel’s Diary 6 off the barrel. Go up the stairs then run into the truck at the end of the road after the cutscene and pick up the Nails. Go back and go up the big flight of stairs. Enter the blue booth and pick up Newspaper 2, then turn around and pick up the Nails off one of the stalls. Go around the left of the container and pick up the Painkillers off the barrel, then enter the Container Office. Pick up the Povidone off the shelf and the Recording Tape off the cabinet. Go back outside to the Backstreets, then go up the stairs and pick up the Coil Nails off the bench and enter the Lower Wing of the Processing Plant.

Processing Plant

Enter the Conference Room on the left and pick up the Coil Nails on the table, then go around to the other door and enter the Lower Wing from the other side. Break the urns in the room, then pick up Miguel’s Diary 7. Unlock the door on the right back to the room you started in, then enter the Upper Wing. Go up the stairs and then enter the Storeroom on the right. Go up the ladder inside to enter the Surveillance Room and pick up the Recording Tape off the bed. Enter the other section and pick up the Metal Bike Parts. Go back down to the Upper Wing. Go down the hall to the intersection and go inside the open room on the left. Pick up the Coil Nails off the table and the Processing Plant Map off the bulletin board, then enter the Dormitory. Pick up Brother Juan’s Diary 1 off the table then enter the Bathroom. Pick up the Crowbar and Coil Nails, then go back into the Dormitory. Go to the other side of the room and get the Povidone out of the locker and go back to the Lower Wing. Be careful of the new enemy type as you leave the area. Equip the Crowbar and break the boxes blocking the elevator and go down into the Basement. Pick up the Painkillers off the table beside the bed then go into the next room. Follow the hallway all the way down. An enemy will appear behind you and all the lights will turn off, so quickly light the nearby candle and kill him. Pick up the Nails then equip the Crowbar and break the boxes blocking your path. Go down the stairs and pick up the Coil Nails behind them, then go into the Freezer Room. Pick up the Povidone out of the crate then go down the stairs and enter the last room on the left. Pick up Brother Juan’s Diary then interact with the painting then click in the center of the chest of the girl in the middle to open the secret passage.

Go into the hallway and break the 2 crates and pick up the Nails off the trolley in the hidden passage. Press the button all the way at the end and enter the cell that opened. Pick up the Nails off the bedside table and the VHS Tape – Freezer off the bed. Go back to the Conference Room and use the VHS Tape – Freezer on the projector, then enter the screen to go back to the past, which will unlock :bronze: Journey. In the Freezer Room (Past) go back to the cell at the end of the hallway and move the shelf so it’s blocking the vent. Exit back to the real world and an acid spitting enemy will spawn on you as you try to leave. Kill it and then return to the Freezer Room.

After the cutscene pick up the Light Bulb out of the lamp and use your Nailer on the door to shoot the button to open it. Pick up Anna’s Sketchbook 2 off the floor then exit into the Basement. Go to the other side of the area and enter Reception. Pick up the Acid Test Tubes, then go into the other room and use the Light Bulb on the empty socket. Press the button to turn the light on, and you can then go around to break the crates at the entrance of the room, then break the crates blocking your path and go down the elevator. Pick up the Painkillers off the box then enter the Underground Dock area. Interact with the panel at the end and spin the dials in the correct order. Afterwards, you can call the elevator up and go down.

  2. Dial 2 – Spin Once

Go to the right and break the crates. Go forward on the dock and some crabs will spawn, and more as you explore the area. They’re really easy to take out with the Crowbar, so you can save ammo on them. Go to the right and pick up the First Aid Kit at the end of the dock. Go on the boat and pick up the Painkillers out of the helm. Go back onto the dock and go through the gate. Pick up the Cassette Player off the corpse and kill the crabs that come for it afterwards. You might not want to use a melee weapon here since it’s 4 of them coming together. Go back to the Upper Wing and pick up the Acid Test Tubes off the bench at the end. Interact with the Cassette Player and take the Batteries out of the back, then use the Batteries on the keypad and put in the code “1765” then press the red button. Once the door is opened, take the Batteries back out.

Go into the Dining Room and break the urn down the walkway. Go down the stairs and pick up Brother Juan’s Diary 4 off the sofa. Go down the left stairs and enter the Lower Wing. Kill the enemy and go to the left to open a shortcut back to the other side of the Lower Wing. Go down the other part of the hall and pick up the Povidone off the table, then break the urn by the Office door and go inside. Pick up the Acid Test Tubes off the table, then Mother Lucia’s Diary 3 off the table in the smaller office. Go into the larger office and pick up the Metal Plate Base. As you try to leave 2 enemies will spawn that you’ll need to kill. Go back to the Dining Room and pick up the Coil Nails in the back area then break the urn near the Kitchen door and go inside. Pick up the Painkillers off the table then break the urns. Go up stairs and kill the 2 enemies. Pick up the Crossbow Frame off the corpse and Brother Juan’s Diary 3 off the table. You can also unlock the door leading to the Upper Wing. Combine the Crossbow Frame with the Metal Bike Parts to get the Crossbow. Go back downstairs and pull the stove out, then go down the ladder to Decontamination. Break the nearby crates then go to your left and head to the Decontamination Office. Pick up the Recording Tape then go back into Decontamination. Keep going forward and kill the enemy blocking your path. Enter the room he was blocking and interact with the button to open all the pods. Enter the pod on your right and pick up the Acid Test Tubes, then go forward and enter the last tube on your right and pick up the Cassette Tape – Confessions. Go all the way down in the room and break the crates at the end, then unlock the door leading back to the Basement and go inside. Go to the locked door in the center and examine the Cassette Player. Put the Batteries back in and put the Cassette Tape – Confession in. Press play then interact with the panel near the door. Once you hear him say “The Password is…”, press the red button and after he says “Long Pig” the door should open and you can enter the Generator Room.

Pick up the Coil Nails off the table then enter the Radiology Room. Pick up the Nails off the small table and the Painkillers behind the machine, then go back into the Generator Room. Go into Waste Disposal and pick up the Shotgun Shells to your left. Be careful of the traps in this room as they’ll activate before you pass it, so you’ll need to stop in front of them and wait instead. Go up the ladder into the Warehouse and pick up the Acid Test Tubes off the truck. An enemy will spawn after you walk a little further, so defeat him first then go up the small stairs on the left and interact with the control panel. You’ll need to move the boxes into the correct spots in order to get through here, but also to get through on the other side later. You’ll want to move the cages as follows.

  1. Pick up the cage in the bottom left and place it in the top right
  2. Pick up the cage in the bottom middle and place it between the 2 cages at the top
  3. Pick up the top cage in the left row and hold it

After moving the cages go down the ladder and follow the path to the end until you reach the mirror. You’ll need to use your Lighter to the candles in a specific order to go through.

  1. Middle Left
  2. Middle Right
  3. 1 below Middle Right

Go into the Warehouse (Other Side) then go through the cages and up the ladder. There will be a large enemy that will spawn in the area that you can either kill or ignore. Pick up the Mutant Toy then go up the stairs and down the hatch into Waste Disposal (Other Side). Run across the walkway to the other side, being careful of the trap and pick up the Painkillers. Go down the stairs and into the container and place the Mutant Toy on the small table. Go back to Waste Disposal in the real world and go down the walkway on the left. Interact with the control panel in the center and you’ll need to turn all the levers so they’re facing upwards. You’ll want to flip them in this order.

Once they’re all facing the correct direction, interact with the control panel by the window and press the close door button and then burn the corpse. You can then open the door and pick up the Metal Plate – Spiral inside. 2 enemies will spawn as you leave the container that you can kill. Afterwards, combine the Metal Plate Base and the Metal Plate – Spiral. Go back up to Waste Disposal and activate the elevator. Go up and 2 enemies will spawn boxing you in. Once they’re dead pick up the Shotgun Shells and Brother Juan’s Diary 5, then go all the way across and enter the Walkway. Pick up the Painkillers in the corner then enter the Dining Room. Pick up the Shotgun Pipe and combine it with your Shotgun. You’ll now need to do specific actions in front of the paintings in order to complete the puzzle. You’ll need to do it quickly as the activated paintings will turn off after awhile.

  • In front of the painting with the girl aiming a bow, aim your Crossbow.
  • In front of the painting of the guy holding a lantern, hold your Lighter in front of it.
  • In front of the painting of the girl spinning, use tank controls so spin around in a circle until it lights up.
  • In front of the painting of the guy forging, hit the painting with your Hammer.

After all 4 are activated, go through the gate at the bottom. Break the urns, pick up the Nails, then grab the Manual Jack. Interact with the scuba suit and take the Metal Plate – Eye. This will cause the suit to come alive as you try to leave, so you’ll need to kill it to proceed. Go all the way back to the Underground Docks and go down the elevator. Go up the stairs on the left and 3 crab enemies will spawn there. Once they’re dead interact with the shark and use the Crowbar to open it’s mouth then the Manual Jack to open it more and grab the Metal Plate – Triangle. 2 crabs will then spawn out of its mouth. Afterwards, go back to Decontamination. Use the Metal Plate – Eye on the first panel, Metal Plate – Triangle on the second panel, and the Metal Plate – Spiral on the last panel, making sure you hit the red button to screw all the panels in as well. There will be a boss fight ahead, so it’s recommended to go save in the Decontamination Office before proceeding.

Open the large door and go through the hallway to the Slaughter Room at the end. Go through the room and pick up the Shotgun Shells on the table, then walk into the center of the room. Once the boss spawns, turn around and quick pick up a Harpoon. Walk to the opposite side and put the Harpoon in the gun. You’ll now want to hang around the crank in the bottom of the area and deal enough damage to the boss until he starts moving slow and has electrical sparks coming off him, just be careful not to stun him while he’s behind the crack, as he has a tendency to get stuck behind the crack if you do. He can’t hit you during this phase so quickly crank the lever and run to the other side where the button is. You’ll need to have him slowly walk into the center of the area, outlined by the yellow box and press the button while he’s in center for the Harpoon to hit him. He has to be in his stunned phase to actually take damage from the Harpoon so if you aren’t quick enough he’ll recover before you can hit him with it. If he recovers before you hit him with a Harpoon, he doesn’t take nearly as many hits to stun again so you won’t waste too much ammo. After hitting him with a Harpoon while he’s stunned, you’ll have to do it a second time to finish the fight off and unlock :bronze: Avenger.

Pick up Anna’s Sketchbook 3 off the table and the Circular Saw Blade off the floor. Go through the hallway and down the ladder into Reception. Pick up the Chainsaw and combine it with the Circular Saw Blade. Go through the gate and go back up the elevator, then go to the Bathroom where you met Joseph. If he’s still there, talk to him and then leave the room and come back, then pick up Joseph’s Diary 2, then go back to the Lower Wing and use the Chainsaw on the board blocking the door and enter the Backstreets. Go down the stairs back onto the road and go back into a small area behind a gate and break all the crates there. Go to the other end of the road and enter the small area on the left and use the Chainsaw on the boarded-up gate and enter the Sewer Walkway. Go through the room and a bunch of crabs will start jumping out of the water. as you’re running through the area, quickly pick up the Painkillers off the shelf on your left then go through the door at the enter to enter Cemetery Entrance.

Cemetery

Follow the left path until you get to the tree with the hanging nun. Pick up the Nails and the Club Key. Go back and once you through the small fence a ghost enemy will appear. These enemies are really easy to kill by dodging their dash attack and then hitting them with a melee weapon, so it’s recommended not to waste any ammo on them. Pick up the Shotgun Shells off the bench, then open the gate on the right and go inside the mausoleum. Open the coffin and pick up the Bat Dial. Go across the bridge and enter the Cemetery Office on the right. Pick up the Painkillers, Cemetery Map, and Newspaper 1. Go behind the counter and open the drawer and pick up the Painkillers, then pick up the Recording Tape out of the locker. Go down the hatch to the Burial Chamber and pick up the Constellation Disk Piece. Go back out to the Cemetery Entrance and go up the large set of stairs. Enter the right mausoleum and pick up the Coil Nails and Gravedigger Lazaro’s Diary 2. Go into the other mausoleum and open the coffin then pick up the Turtle Dial. Go back down the stairs and enter the Cemetery Grounds. Go to the left side and kill the ghost by the coffin, then open it and pick up the Dog Dial. Go through the gate leading to the stairs and go up. Kill the ghost in your path then go to the right to pick up the Painkillers. Go back the other way and walk past the center area to the other corner and pick up the Coil Nails along the wall. Go down the stairs, then go behind them. Go to the path on the right and pick up the Povidone off the coffin. Go down the other way and pick up the Povidone off the other coffin. Go back to the stairs and open the coffin by the exit and pick up the Bird Dial.  Follow the path down and then enter the mausoleum on your left. Put the animal dials in order from left to right, and then rotate them to the correct positions by clicking the red button to get the Hand Cannon.

Keep following the path and then unlock the gate on your left. Don’t go through it and instead turn around and enter the mausoleum on your left and pick up the Shotgun Shells. Go to the big mausoleum at the end and use the Club Key to open the gate and kill the ghost inside. Pick up the Shotgun Shells, Constellation Disk, and Gravedigger Lazaro’s Diary 1. Combine the Constellation Disk and the Constellation Disk Piece to get the complete version, then go back the way you came, being careful of the new ghost that spawns and unlock the shortcut back to the Cemetery Entrance and go through. Go to the mausoleum near the hanging tree and kill the ghost. Examine the Constellation Disk and you’ll need to rotate the disks to form the Gemini star sign.

You can then use it on the base of the Gemini statue and enter the Gemini Mausoleum. Pick up the Morbid Illustrations and the Metal Detector out of the locker. You’ll need to find all 3 dials in the locations shown in the drawings using the Metal Detector. Go back out to the Cemetery Entrance and go to the hanging tree. Equip the Metal Detector and hold the aim button around the center of the entrance to the area and you’ll find the Bronze Octagon.

Go to the small bridge next and cross it. Equip the Metal Detector again and hold the aim button in the small patch of grass across from the basin stone statue and you’ll find the Silver Octagon.

Enter the Cemetery Grounds and go behind the mausoleum, by where you unlocked the gate earlier. Equip the Metal Detector and hold the aim button, then go close to the wall directly where the statue was pointing and you’ll find the Gold Octagon.

After finding the last one, the game will go dark and you’ll hear a bunch of ringing bells. This is signaling that more enemies have spawned, namely zombies which will come out of the ground. You can see their hands sticking out of the ground and walking near them will cause them to spawn. Walk to the giant grave in the center of the Cemetery Grounds, dealing with the enemies along the way. Interact with the grave and put the dials in the order below and spell out “PEDRO”.

Go behind the grave and you can activate the button to activate the elevator, then go into the Catacombs. Follow the path and light the candles so you can break the crates, then go into the room on the right to pick up the Old Photo. Keep following the path and ignore the wooden door on the right for now and follow the hallway to the end. Light all the candles in the room and then pick up the Nails and Painkillers. Go up the small stairs and take the Marble Sword out of the coffin. As you try to leave, 4 enemies will spawn that you’ll need to kill. Try to run around in a circle to get them all in the same spot so you can kill them all with 1 shot from the Crossbow or Shotgun. You can also use the tables to get them stuck and take advantage of that. Once they’re dead, go through the wooden door from earlier to the Burial Chamber. Enemies will spawn on the way there, so be careful of that. You can ignore them if you wish and just run straight to the area. Go down the ladder and you’ll need to interact with the statues and turn their swords so they’re facing the correct direction. Use the Marble Sword on the one that is missing an arm, and then you can move it.

  • Horseman with the Crown – Don’t touch, his sword is already in the correct position.
  • Horseman with soldiers armor – Rotate 6 times to the right.
  • Horseman who looks like a zombie – Rotate 3 times to the right.
  • Horseman who had the missing arm – Rotate once to the left.

Before going down the elevator, it’s recommended to go back up to the Cemetery Office to save as there is a boss fight incoming. Go down the elevator and after the cutscene you’ll find yourself in the Mass Grave (Other Side). Once you start moving around, the boss will spawn. In order to damage the boss, you’ll need to kill all the enemies with him first. The easiest way to do this is to run around trying to get all the enemies in a group together and then use the Shotgun or Crossbow to kill them in one shot. There will be some Shotgun Shells on a coffin as well. Once the enemies are dead and the boss falls over, you can equip your Crowbar and start attacking him. It’s better to use the Crowbar here to damage him because you have to go through all 4 waves anyway, so there is no point in wasting ammo on him while he’s downed. Once he gets back up, you’ll need to keep doing this over and over again until he dies. Each wave will have more enemies, as well as start adding ghosts, so be careful while avoiding attacks and trying to line up enemies for multi-kills. After he’s dead, you’ll unlock :bronze: Undertaker.

Go through the mirror to go to the Mass Grave in the real world and pick up the Coil Nails. Keep going forward and pick up the Detachable Flashlight off the pedestal. Examine the Cassette Player and take out the Batteries and put it in the Detachable Flashlight. You can now turn it on, meaning you no longer need to carry your Lighter around to see and can fight enemies in the dark. Break the boxes blocking your path and go up the ladder into the Burial Chamber. Pick up Anna’s Sketchbook 4 of the chair. Go into the small mausoleum on the right and pick up the First Aid Kit then go up the ladder into the Gemini Mausoleum. Go back to the Sewer Walkway kill all the crabs in the area. If you didn’t grab it earlier, you can pick up the Painkillers on the shelf. Break the crates along the wall and enter the Cave. Go to the end and pick up the Sledgehammer beside Joseph. Go down the other path and pick up the Shotgun Shells and exit into the Sewer Walkway. Turn around and go back into the Cave and pick up Joseph’s Diary 3 (the duplicate version). This should unlock :bronze: Warlock despite never picking up the 4th entry for him yet since you picked up 2 versions of the 3rd entry.

Go back out to the Sewer Walkway and use the Sledgehammer to break the brick wall. Go back to the Cemetery Entrance and head to the Burial Chamber. Break the brick wall and open the coffin to get the Coil Nail Drum and combine it with the Automatic Nailer. Go back to the Backstreets and enter the Mall Lower Floor. Go into the Video Rental Store and you can break the 2 crates in there now that you have the light. Head back to the Commercial District and you can break all the crates here now.

Make your way back to the Convent and go to the Refectory. Equip the Sledgehammer and break down the brick wall to enter the West Corridor. Kill the ghost then pick up Sister Miriam’s Diary 6. Continue up the stairs and pick up the First Aid Kit on your right. Follow the hallway to the end and unlock the double door, then turn around and go into the Dormitories. Go to the left and pick up the Nail Coils off the bedside table. Enter the bathroom and pick up the Gasoline. Go back out and go the other way and pick up the Acid Test Tubes off the bedside table and the Shotgun Shells off the chair. Go up the small stairs and break the urn on your left and pick up the Duct Tape. This will cause some acid spitting enemies to spawn as you leave, but you can ignore them then head back out to the Commercial District.

Go into the Butcher Shop and head down into the Butcher Shop Cellar. Kill the pig and then break the brick wall with the Sledgehammer then go up the ladder to the Sewer. Kill the ghost and pick up the Coil Nails. Go up the stairs on the right then go down the small metal stairs and pick up the Shotgun Shells. Go down the other path and kill the ghost. Go up the wooden ramp and pick up Miguel’s Diary 1 off the table, then go into Sewer Maintenance. After the cutscene pick the Povidone off the table then go up the stairs to the other side of the room. Pick up the Nails off the box and Mother Lucia’s Diary 6. Go back down the other stairs and go into the Sewer. Go straight down and pick up the Gasoline out of the locker and unlock the door leading back to the start of the Sewer. Turn back around and go down the other path and kill the ghost in the way. Go up the stairs and pick up the Nails on the table then go up the ladder to the School District.

Break the crates next to the ladder then go down into the Train Station. Once on the platform, go all the way up and pick up the Shotgun Shells. Go down past the summoning circle and pick up Joseph’s Diary 4. If you didn’t collect both versions of the 3rd diary entry, you’ll unlock :bronze: Warlock here instead. Go onto the train tracks and walk down the tracks and pick up the Gasoline at the end. Go back onto the left platform and enter the building on the left. Pick up Miguel’s Diary 8 off the bench and interact with the vending machine to get Povidone. Go into the small room and pick up the Recording Tape and admire the Resident Evil reference on the cabinet. Exit the small room and unlock the door back to the Commercial District, then turn around and go inside the Train Car. Pick up the Beloved Mother note, then go inside and pick up the Recording Tape and Painkillers. Afterwards, exit out the other door to unlock it and go back to the School District. Go forward and pick up the Gasoline off the red barrel, and the Povidone from the stall then cross the wooden bridge. Go up the stairs and pick up the Shotgun Shells off the table and go inside the broken down house. Break the crates and pick up Miguel’s Diary 2. Pick up the Cassette Tape – Session 47 and feel free to listen to it. Make sure you take the Batteries out of your Detachable Flashlight and then put them back in when you’re done. Go into the bathroom and pick up the Painkillers, then exit the house. Go down the stairs and go past the stalls and go to the right. Open the trunk of the car to get Shotgun Shells. Go across the street and pick up Newspaper 4 off the newspaper booth then enter the Lobby.

School

Go up the stairs directly ahead and go into the room on the left. Pick up the School Map. Go back down and go up the stairs on the right and break the crate. Go into the Break Room and pick up Isabella’s Diary 1, as well as the Recording Tape out of the locker. Go back into the Lobby and enter the Director’s Office. Pick up the Shotgun Shells then go back out to the Lobby. Go up the other stairs and break the crates, then enter the School Library. Break the urns and pick the Painkillers up from the shelf. Go down the stairs and break the other urn, then go into East Corridor B. Break the crates and go into the hallway and enter the Art and Music Rooms. Pick up the Music Sheet off the stage and the Coil Nails off the window still, then go back out into East Corridor B. Go into the Kindergarten room and pick up Isabella’s Diary 3, the Recording Tape, and the Xylophone. Go around the back to the toilet and pick up the First Aid Kit. Head towards the exit and 2 of the dolls will come to life, which can be easily killed with the Sledgehammer, then go back into East Corridor B. Go through the room and enter West Corridor 1F. Go down the left hall and enter Classroom 103. Pick up Isabella’s Diary 4 off the window sill and the Apple Seeds off the desk. Go back into West Corridor 1F and go all the way to the end and go into the Schoolyard. Break the crates in the area and pick up the Metal Spoon off the table. Go to the other side and pick up School Janitor Joab’s Diary 1. Go back to East Corridor B and stand to the left of the Beethoven statue by the hearing implement. Examine the Xylophone and use the Metal Spoon on it to hit the notes. You’ll need to hit the notes in the correct order to have the statue open up and give you the 7A Fuse.

Go back into West Corridor 1F and enter the Generator Room. Pick up the Gasoline and use the 7A Fuse on the elevator socket. Go back to East Corridor B and use the elevator and go up to the second floor. Break the urns and then enter the Science Lab. Pick up the Painkillers off the table. Keep walking and once you walk past the mannequin it will come alive. After it’s dead, pick up the Acid Test Tubes off the table and go out into the Lobby. Go around the balcony and go into the Textiles Classroom. The door will lock behind you once you go in. Pick up the Povidone off the table then go to the end off the room. Pick up the Shotgun Shells off the classroom table then pick up the Computer Lab Key. This will cause the 4 dolls to come alive. After their defeated, you can exit back to the Lobby. Go through the double doors to the Schoolyard and go to the left. Break the urns then enter Classroom 203. Kill the mannequin enemy and pick up the Povidone out of the locker. Go back out into the Schoolyard and pick up the Painkillers out of the locker and the Shotgun Shells off the bench. Break the urn and then turn around and head back to the elevator. You can unlock the gate to have a shortcut back. Go down to the Basement and then use the Computer Lab Key on the door at the end and go into the Computer Lab. Pick up the Recording Tape off the shelf then go to the other side of the room and pick up Isabella’s Diary 2 off the table and the Painkillers out of the small cabinet. Turn around and go down the long hallway and go into the Janitor’s Room. Pick up the Nails off the table then turn around and go through the metal gate. Go down the hallway and a mannequin enemy will spawn in front of you and behind you for you to kill. Go to the end and pick up the Gasoline and School Janitor Joab’s Diary 6. You can then unlock the shortcut back to the Lobby. Go back to the room behind you and enter the Basement. Kill the 2 dolls that spawn and pick up the Coil Nails.

Go through the double door to the East Corridor A and pick up the Coil Nails off the shelf by the stairs. Go up the stairs and use the Crowbar on the door ahead of you to remove the wooden boards. Go to the right and break the crates. After the cutscene, go up and break the crates, being careful of the tripwire. Go back and enter the Boys’ Restroom. Pick up School Janitor Joab’s Diary 2 off the sink and check out the SAW reference then kill the crab that jumps out of the toilet. Enter the last stall and pick up the Gasoline then go back out to the East Corridor A. Go through to the Playground and kill the 3 pigs there. Once they’re dead, pick up the Nails off the swing and Miguel’s Diary 5, which will unlock :bronze: Soldier. Unlock the door to the Kindergarten room and head to the Generator Room. Pick up the 7A Fuse out of the elevator socket and put it in the 1st floor socket. Go back to the East Corridor A and go through the electronically locked door to the West Corridor 1F. Go to the left and enter Classroom 104. Grab the Povidone out of the locker and the VHS Tape – Playground in front of the TV. Go back out into the West Corridor 1F and continue down the hallway. Unlock the door on the left to the Schoolyard and keep following the hallway. Kill the mannequin enemy in the hall while watching out for the trap and break the crate. Enter the Storage Room 102 on the right. Pick up School Janitor Joab’s Diary 4 off the chair and the Recording Tape at the end, then enter Classroom 102. Kill the 2 dolls in the room and then interact with the cabinet and put in the correct code to open it and get another 7A Fuse. You’ll also want to pick up Isabella’s Diary 5 off the school desk.

Unlock the door and go back out to West Corridor 1F. Go down the hall and enter Classroom 101. Watch out for the trap in the middle of the room, then pick up the Povidone off the shelf and Helena’s Note off the desk, then go back into West Corridor 1F. Go through the Schoolyard and make your way to the Art and Music Rooms while killing all the enemies on the way. Kill the 3 dolls in the room and use the VHS Tape – Playground on the projector and go through the screen to the Playground (Past). Use the Apple Seeds on the planter on the left, then drag the table under the dripping faucet.

Once that’s done, go back to the Playground in the present and pick up the Apple off the tree. Go to Classroom 103 and place the Apple in the teacher’s hand to get the Snake Figurine. Go to the Generator Room and place the new 7A Fuse into the 2nd floor socket, and move the old 7A Fuse into the elevator socket. Take the elevator up to 2nd floor. Go through the electronically locked gate and go up. Pick up the Nails off the bench and the Coil Nails out of the locker. Kill the mannequin enemy ahead and be careful of the traps. Take the boards off the door ahead then keep going down the hall. Unlock the double door at the end, then enter Classroom 201. Pick up the Painkillers out of the cabinet and School Janitor Joab’s Diary 3 off the desk, then enter Storage Room 201. Grab the Insecticide out of the locker, go down the stairs and be careful of the trap, then go back into the Schoolyard. Go back down the hallway the other way and kill the mannequin enemy while watching out for the trap. Pick up Isabella’s Diary 6 of the bench which will unlock :bronze: Mother, then enter the Girls’ Restroom. 3 crab enemies will jump out of the toilets here. After they’re dead, pick up the Povidone off the bench then interact with the mirror. You’ll need to use your Lighter to light the correct candles.

Go through the mirror to the Girls’ Restroom (Other Side) and exit to the Schoolyard (Other Side). There will be 2 large enemies in this area for you to kill. Afterwards, enter Classroom 202. Kill the mannequin enemy then interact with the safe on the desk. Input the correct code and open the safe.

After opening it, exit back to the Schoolyard (Other Side) and go through the double door to enter West Corridor 1F (Other Side). Go down the stairs and enter the Lobby (Other Side) and 2 large enemies will be there. Once they’re dead, pick up the Nails by the main entrance then go into the Director’s Office (Other Side). Pick up the Nails and the Insecticide Sprayer (Empty) off the desk and combine it with the Insecticide. Go back to the Schoolyard (Other Side) and run down the end of the hallway and enter Classroom 203 (Other Side). Pick up the Coil Nails off the table and the Toad Figurine off the corpse then go back into the Schoolyard (Other Side). Unlock the gate and head back into the Girls’ Restroom (Other Side) and use the Insecticide Sprayer on the toilet with the flies.

Go back to the Girls’ Restroom in the real world and pick up the Fly Figurine out of the toilet, then go back into the Schoolyard. Go down the hallway into Classroom 202. Pick up the Nails from the shelf on the left then pick up the Hawk Figurine out of the cage. Exit back to the Schoolyard and go to the Science Lab. Kill the 2 mannequin enemies inside and interact with the wooden stand. You’ll need to place the figurines in a specific order to open the box and get the Combination Key.

Go up to the Director’s Office and examine the Combination Key, then spin the dials to the correct signs and use the Combination Key on the door to the Archives. There is a boss coming up after this, so it’s recommended to save your game in the Break Room before proceeding.

Go through the shelves, being careful of the trap in the middle, and pick up the Painkillers. Go down the stairs and follow the shelves to a split. Go up and pick up School Janitor Joab’s Diary 5. Go down the other path, being careful of the trap and enter the Hidden Room. Once the fight starts, you’ll see some machines with sparks coming off them. You’ll need to deal enough damage to the boss until he falls down and then decides to get up and charge at you. Stand in front of one of the machines with sparks coming out of it and once he gets close, move out of the way and he’ll run into taking damage. If he misses and hits the wall, you’ll have to try again but he won’t take nearly as many shots to fall back down again. After you do that to all 3 of the machines, he’ll die and you’ll unlock :bronze: Butcher.

Pick up the Pig Mask then exit back to the Archives and go up the stairs, then pick up Anna’s Sketchbook 5 and enter the Director’s Office. After the cutscene, Go down to the Janitor’s Room and use the Pig Mask on the TV. Go into the Computer Lab and kill the acid spitting enemy there. Examine the Combination Key and spin the dials to the correct signs, then use the Combination Key on the locker and pick up the Recoil Spring then combine it with your Hand Cannon, which will unlock :silver: Gunsmith.

Good Ending

If you’re going for the bad ending, you can completely skip this step and go out to the School District and make your way to the Church.

Go back to the Girls’ Restroom and go through the mirror to the Girls’ Restroom (Other Side). Make your way over to the Director’s Room (Other Side) and interact with the robot sitting in the wheelchair. Use the Duct Tape on the oil leak in its neck and you can leave back to the real world.

This is the only requirement for the Good Ending. Now that you’re on the Good Ending path, the Director’s Office will be completely locked off.

Church / Bunker

Exit back out to the School District and go back to the Commercial District. Some zombie enemies will spawn as you’re leaving the School District, but you can ignore them. Go to the gates of the Church and examine the Combination Key, then spin the dials to the correct signs and use the Combination Key on the gate. This will unlock :bronze: Master Key, but it is currently bugged and doesn’t unlock.

After the cutscene, break all the urns in the room, then use the Crowbar on the boarded-up door and enter the Wake Room. Pick up Sister Angelica’s Notepad 1 off the pedestal and enter the Wake Storage Room. Open the closet and take out the Rubber Hose then go back out into the Wake Room. An enemy will spawn here, but you can either kill him or ignore him. Exit back into the Church and go over to the elevator. Use the Rubber Hose on the panel, then use the Wire on it, then finally use the Pliers. Take the elevator up and go to the right. Follow the balcony then turn right into the small room and break the urns. Follow the balcony into another small section on the right, which will cause 3 zombies to spawn. After they’re dead, pick up the Shotgun Shells and Painkillers. Go across the bridge and then enter the Sacristy. Break the urns then go down the stairs. Go behind the stairs and break the urns. Go down the small wooden stairs to your right and kill the enemy there, then pick up the First Aid Kit. Go back towards the stairs and enter the Administrative Office. Pick up Mother Lucia’s Diary 5 off the table. Go down the hall and pick up the Nails and the Recording Tape, then enter the Church. Unlock the 2 gates back to the center of the room and pick up the Coil Nails off the podium. Interact with the mirror and use your Lighter to light the correct candles, then enter the Church (Other Side).

  1. The right candle on the very top of the mirror
  2. All the candles on the right side, except the top right one
  3. Bottom Left
  4. On the left side, above the previous candle
  5. Top candle on the left side
  6. 2 candles down from the previous candle

Follow the hallway and kill the large enemy. Go into the center room and kill the other 2 large enemies. Go through to the other side and pick up the First Aid Kit from the podium, then go down the stairs on the left, then go into the Undercroft (Other Side). Follow the hall and pick up the Shotgun Shells, then go onto the other walkway. Kill the large enemy and go through the mirror at the end to return to the real Undercroft. Pick up Sister Angelica’s Notepad 7 off the stone bench. Go onto the walkway and go to the left and back into the Church. Pick up the First Aid Kit off the dead nun, then unlock the gates at the top of each staircase. Go back into the Undercroft and go to the lit candles at the end and blow them out. Walk up to the giant door at the end with the eye on it and turn your light off so it’s completely dark and then wait. Once you’re about to die, a light will come on and save you, which will unlock the door.

Go inside and go down the elevator. Once all the way down, go through the door into the Bunker. Go down the stairs and pick up Dr. Natanael’s Notes 3 off the floor, then interact with the hand scanner to open the door ahead. Pick up the Nails by the metal detector, then go into the next part of the room and head down the small stairs on the left to find a machine with different colored liquids in it. You’ll need to have the liquid at the perfect levels, and then inject yourself with it. It’s highly recommended to save in the Bunker Office ahead a bit before doing this as if you make a mistake you will instantly die. For this reason, it’s also recommended to fully drain all the tubes before putting in the correct amount so that way you don’t accidentally press the wrong button. Once you’re sure you have the correct amount, put your hand under the needle and press the yellow button to inject yourself.

  1. Red – Fill it up 6 times
  2. Yellow – Fill it up once
  3. Green – Fill it up twice

Go back and go through the door to the Generator Corridor and kill the enemy in the scuba suit. Go up the stairs and enter the Bunker Office. Pick up the Recording Tape and Sister Angelica’s Notepad 5 off the table. Go back out to the Generator Corridor and go down the stairs. Go down the right path and pick up Sister Angelica’s Notepad 3 off the machine and then enter the Elevator Passage. Go through the fence and pick up the Spark Plug, First Aid Kit, and Painkillers. Go back out to the Generator Corridor and go down the small set of stairs and interact with the hand scanner to open the door, then enter the Generator Room. Pick up Sister Angelica’s Notepad 6 off the top of the generator on the left, then go up the ladder. Use the Spark Plug on the generator and then go around the walkway to pick up some Shotgun Shells. Go back down the ladder and interact with the control panel and flip the switch to turn the generator on. Once it’s on, go over to the lever and activated it to turn the power on. Go back to the Elevator Passage activate the elevator and go down to B3. Go down the hallway to your right and enter the Incinerator. Follow the walkway and then go down the small set of stairs. Pick up the Nails off the table and the Shotgun Shells off the corpse. Go back onto the walkway and follow it to the end and pick up the Laboratory Access Card off the corpse. Go back to the Elevator Passage and as you try to leave 2 acid spitting enemies will spawn, which you can ignore.

Go back into the elevator and go to B2. Pick up Dr. Natanael’s Notes 1 of the machine and go into the Rotunda Corridor. Pick up Dr. Natanael’s Notes 2 off the floor and go all the way to the end of the hallway and go into the Containment Ward. Follow the walkway across and go down the elevator. Pick up the Nails off the counter, then enter the small chamber at the end and pick up the Syringe (Empty). Go back up the elevator and 2 large enemies will spawn for you to kill, then go back to the Rotunda Corridor. As you go through, 2 scuba suit enemies will spawn for you to kill, then go down the hallway into Subject Containment. Go down the ladder and pick up the Shotgun Shells off the machine. Go out into the open area and activate the lever to power the machine in the room. Go up both ladders to the top of the area and go to the panel on the right to activate the machine. Go to the other panel on the left and use the Syringe (Empty) on it to fill it. Go back to the Rotunda Corridor and use the Laboratory Access Card on the keycard reader to access the Laboratory. Pick up the Nails on top of the control panel then go through the gate. Pick up Mother Lucia’s Diary 4 off the machine, which will unlock :bronze: Fanatic, then enter the room and pick up the VHS Tape – Laboratory. Go back to the Containment Ward and use the VHS Tape – Laboratory on the projector and enter the Laboratory (Past). Go through the gate and pick up Sister Angelica’s Notepad 4 off the desk, which will unlock :bronze: Scientist and :silver: Journalist. Go back to the main room and go up the stairs to the pod that is holding your body in the past. Use the Syringe (Filled) on the IV bag, which will cure you of the puppet virus.

Return to the present and go back to the Elevator Passage. Go back down to B3 and go to the end of the hallway. There will be 2 scuba suit enemies blocking your path that you’ll need to kill. Take the elevator all the way down. Once at the bottom, go through the crack in the wall to get into the Ancient Temple. Go down the path on your right and enter the Tent. Open all the crates inside to get a Recording Tape, Acid Test Tubes, and Painkillers. This is the final save point of the game, so it’s heavily recommended you leave a backup save here in case you missed anything. With that done, go back out to the Ancient Temple and climb across the scaffolding to the other side then go through the crack in the wall at the end to enter the Resurrection Chamber and start the final boss fight.

For this boss fight, you’ll need to avoid all the tentacles that slam down from outside the arena, and avoid the spinning tentacle that appears in the center. After a while, one of the tentacles that slam down will stay down and you can attack it to destroy it. Destroying it will have lightning start raining down on you, which you can avoid by moving around the arena in a circle. You’ll need to keep doing this until all the tentacles have been destroyed. Once they’re destroyed, the boss’s head will drop. Run up to it and use the Crowbar to pry its head open and reveal its weak spot. Shoot his weak spot with the Hand Cannon (if you still have ammo) or just attack it until it gets back up. You’ll need to destroy them all again, but this time the boss will shoot lightning attacks out of the eye on his head while the tentacles are attacking, so you’ll need to be careful while trying to destroy them. The regular lightning strikes after destroying a tentacle will also speed up. Once the boss falls down again, shoot it with another Hand Cannon shot (or with anything else you have) and the boss should be defeated. Depending on which ending you went for, you’ll either unlock :silver: Futile or :gold: Redemption after the cutscenes are over.

    If you don’t pick up the key at the cemetery the ghost don’t can pick up all the item and puzzles first then get the key

    Thanks so much for this walkthrough. I used it on my 2nd playthrough (1st one was blind).

    I was able to follow this guide word for word on easy difficulty and finish in 4:44 to get the speedrun trophy (as well as the no map trophy).

    You missed an item. In the cemetery Boss fight, there’s a hidden first aid kit It’s located inside the coffins, opposite side of shotgun ammo. It’s not a major detail, but it might come in handy for someone.

    The large enemies and the scuba suit enemies in the church can they be avoided to save ammo for the final boss fight?

      They can be but you might take quite a bit of damage in the process. It’s better to use the Chainsaw against them to kill them as they get completely stunned from it, & it’s not that useful during the final boss fight. However if you’re being attacked by multiple, you’re better off just using some ammo to take them out. Worst comes to worst, you can melee the entire final boss fight for the most part & take very little damage as long as you time your dodges good.

    Always in the school, between School Janitor Joab’s Diary 6 and Miguel’s Diary 5 (exactly in the Boys’ Restroom), you forgot to mention School Janitor Joab’s Diary 2.
    Also, the trophy for the good ending is bugged on Steam — I tried the boss many times but never got it.

      Huh, that’s quite weird. You said this is on Steam correct? Might just have to leave a save before the final fight & wait for a patch on there. If you see the ending with Miguel, Anna, & Caroline all walking on the tracks together you should have unlocked once you reach the results screen. If not then yeah it might currently be bugged on steam right now

      Hi,
      So yeah, it’s fixed with yesterday’s patch.
      As for the other trophies, I got the Master Key trophy by reloading a save before the church door, and it worked.
      I also got the Happy Ending trophy by replaying the final Boss (they made it easier).
      But they also said they fixed the trophy for the weapons — no idea what exactly they did though.
      Do we need to replay the entire game and collect all 9 weapons again, or is the 10th one back in NG+?

    You can get a first aid kit if you use the metal detector in front of Caroline’s and Anna’s gravestones in the Cemetary.
