Tormented Souls 2 contains 64 Diary Locations. For the Journalist trophy & achievement you need only 31 Diaries. This guide shows all 64 Diaries, but if you only want the ones specifically needed for trophies / achievements they are as follows:
- All 6 of Isabella’s Diaries for
Mother - All 6 of Mother Lucia’s Diaries for Fanatic
- All 4 of Joseph’s Diaries for Warlock (there is a duplicate diary for the 3rd entry, allowing you to collect it twice and skip picking up one of his diaries, or unlock it early. Both locations have been included in the guide.)
- All 7 of Sister Angelica’s Diaries for Scientist
There are also 2 missable diaries, one of which is required to unlock 
Journalist. The missable ones are marked in red here (#52 and #64), so make sure you collect them.

Hi, file number 4 of sister angelica is missable because once you return to the present it no longer allows you to return to the past.
i think it’s a bug but i’ve to recharge the save before the bunker for collect it
