Diablo 4 has 34 Altar of Lilith Locations in the region of Hawezar. Each Altar of Lilith will grant 10 Renown for the region, as well as provide bonuses for all characters on that realm such as stat increases or maximum currency increases. Altars of Lilith appear in the open world and will glow red so they are easy to see. Some may require you to pass an obstacle to reach.
