From the blood coffer, make your way all the way down to find the supply chest.

Detonate an explosion to make the eyes glow.
#15 – A Collection of Knowledge
Destroy the stone and pick up the item.
#16 – Unseen Horrors
Detonate an explosion to make the eyes glow.
#17 – Armory Depot
The chest contains The Petrified Spike spear tip.
#18 – Unseen Horrors
Detonate an explosion to make the eyes glow.

Detonate an explosion to make the eyes glow.
#20 – A Collection of Knowledge
Destroy the stone and pick up the item.
#21 – Unseen Horrors
You can enter this area after you have made the eyes of the four medusa stone heads glow. Defeat the enemies inside this area.

Destroy the stone and pick up the item.
